Mitsubishi Electric Multi Drawer MR-WX Series
Extremely poor, almost non existent after sales service. Following purchase in 2020, noticed an annoying, Intermittent high pitched noise. Numerous phone calls to Mitsubishi support with very poor customer service response. Fridge finally assessed months later after constant nagging to Mitsubishi, no outcome, we're still awaiting a report from Mitsubishi. Intermittent noise persists!

I have this fridge and the ice maker is not working. It appears to be something involved with the plastic water container. The ice cube trays will fill if I pour water into the hole in the fridge. However, when I push in the plastic container it doesn't empty into the ice cube tray.any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Please check these couple of points from the Troubleshooting section at the end of the User Manual:
Is the ice making setting for the ice making compartment set to “ICE STOP”? Set the ice making compartment's setting to ICE. (Pages 23-24, WX700C)...
Read more Are the ice tray and ice tray lock lever installed correctly? Set the ice tray lock lever to the correct position and check the installation status of the ice tray. (Page 29, WX700C) Is the water supply pipe installed correctly in the tank holder area? Remove any foreign objects creating gaps and install the pipe so that it is not loose. (Page 29, WX700C) Are the water supply pump and tank pipe installed correctly on the water tank? Check that they are correctly installed. In particular, ensure that the opening of the tank pipe inside the tank is installed firmly to the tank. (Pages 28-29 WX700C). Also, if the ice making compartment is set to Power Save Mode, ice making will stop and ice will no longer be able to be stored. Refer to details on Power Save Mode to cancel this setting. Recently purchased WX 700L. The ice maker makes the ice, but it does not drop the ice out into the tray. Can anyone help?

Ok. So I took the jump and just had this fridge delivered yesterday. It's working perfectly and is one heck of an amazing fridge. 10/10 so far.
One question, how much ice can be made before it stops itself? At the moment, it has a single layer of ice in the bottom of the ice drawer. I kind of feel like it should be more. Is this the amount it uses? Or is there way to make it do more? Everything is filled and working well. Thanks in advance! JP
Being winter I have not been using ice. I suggest u contact the manufacturer.

There is a sensor in the back of the ice drawer that detects how much ice is in there and shuts off the mechanism from dropping mo...
Read morere. You can drag the ice forward once and it will make some more. We don't recommend dragging the ice forward more than once as it will cause problems.Get an answer from our members and Mitsubishi Electric representatives
