We met on site for a quote for our plantation shutters. The quote was roughly written in a piece of paper . I asked for a written quote and was advised by the sales guy that he can’t give me a written quote and he does t really go on site for quotes as he is the advertising manager - I call crap on that as he is always on site for quotes when I call the office
I called the office on Tuesday afternoon to request a written quote
Four days later and four phone calls later still no written quote
My home is in construction and not receiving a written quote is delaying my decision

What a difference the roller shutters have made to our house! Our home is so much more cooler now & they look really good. Easy, convenient and quick service - very happy with our purchase.

I just love my shutter. I bought it as I have trouble sleeping and I do not like to be wakened early in the morning so this keeps my room nice and dark. Really good too for any noise from a new neighbour whose outdoor area is near my bedroom. The company were very good to deal with and came exactly when they had said for the initial appointment and then the installation. From the girls on the phone when I first enquired to the chaps who came to install very happy !!!!!

I've had my Modern roller shutters for a while now and I can really recommend them. They help heating and cooling,depending on the season. They increase the safety of my home and they look great.

Although I found the salesman very knowledgeable and very friendly, the sales approach was extremely pushy and i felt pressured to leave a deposit on the day. Although I have no doubt that the quality of their shutters are fantastic, the sales approach made me turn to another company that had a softer approach without making me feel like I had to sign on the dotted line ‘today’.
