Angel was quick to reply to my email regarding set up of the watch. She was professional, friendly and efficient to deal with. The Moochies phone for kids is a great alternative to a mobile phone and offers practical functions for younger children.

Wonderful customer service when we purchased 2 watches and decided to return one. Andrew was awesome. Highly recommend this company based on customer service and the watches were posted out quickly in beautiful packaging.

My review is not about the watch. Little needs to be said about it other than it is an excellent product. My feedback is about the customer service officer, Rosario, who assisted me today. If this gentleman represents the front face of Moochies than it is a great company. Rosario was prompt, courteous & knowledgeable. What an asset to your company. If only customer service was this good across the board.

We purchased the watch last year and stopped using it while i was able to pick her up from school each day, she needs to catch the bus and reactivated it today with ease. Thanks Rosario you were a great help
