Excellent refinancing experience

Like many others, we considered 'non-bank lenders' last year, having had enough of the banks. Amelia has been very helpful and approachable through the entire refinancing process; nothing was too hard and her work ethic is some of the best I've dealt with in the finance industry. Even when there were hiccups her communication was prompt, and my occasional dealings with her colleagues were also positive.

I used Warren Stafford who managed to help me finance the purchase of a new property and simultaneously refinance 2 additional properties. The transaction completed successfully on settlement date. Warren gave me confidence throughout the process and did most of the heavy lifting. The loan product was super cheap and flexible.

[Name Removed] from mortage house help me initially and I had to wait more than 2 month to get approval of my refinance.I had to pulled out my application and they didnt return my application fees $600 and I have done all the process in a week from another provider.
Very bad experience and no customer respectation and lack of following up, supplied wrong information to attract clients.
Not happy at all ..

I am currently refinancing from ANZ to Mortgage House because I have found Mortgage House to have the low available rate in the market. I had Jimmy look after my application through the whole process. The process took a bit long but the outcome is good, I had to provide a lot of documentation which I understand was happy with as well. Jimmy was professional and helpful with every step of the way. I am pleased to get rid of the big bank and their high interest rate. I would highly recommend Mortgage House and Jimmy to my family and friends.

Poor costumer service

We started application for refinancing 3 months ago, still not much correspondence, no reply to email enquiry, submitted all documents several times. Told that they are processing many times. The person who deal with my application was not on the desk( that's what they say) when called.

No Transparency - Very disappointed

Very disappointed . I made a wrong choice lured by the low interest rates. Yes Interest rates are low but there is no transparency in the process. They will charge you and not provide you any clear settlement advise. I have migrated 2 home loans from a different bank to MH. After a long email confrontation with the customer service, I am still not able to get a consolidated statement. As a customer it is my right to know however till date I still do not have a clear statement. The promised cash back and loan processing fees was also given with deductions . I have emailed different people requesting for the statement but no success.

I do not recommend transacting with this Bank.
