Had to hire a trailer at the last minute, looked up the nearest location and payment was made (Good price). At the last minute looked like we may have had to cancel so gave them a call, the lady on the phone changed the pick up time and offered a 100% refund if we called before the new pick-up time. We ended up taking the trailer due to the motorbike breaking down again, great service.

Online booking system was easy..option for size, availability and location choices. 10% discount for online booking. Trailer good condition with leads and shackle. Kiosk was simple to use Great value.

Had an issue with a truck side swiping the hire trailer,causing damage. Hire people extremely understanding and helpful resolving this issue. Great advice made allowances for late return of trailer and just common sense understanding.Would certainly recommend dealing with them.

Booked a furniture trailer for 9 hours but needed it for longer. Rang to see if I could extend my hirage and yes I could, and I only got charged the difference from hiring it for 24hours which cost me $24 extra. Awesome customer service, the ladies were excellent. One of Australia's absolutely stellar services. You won't find a business like this anywhere else, highly convenient, great prices and even more importantly great customer service! Also open 24/7 at certain locations. In the last year I have rented their trailers over 60 times and not once have I had an issue with their trailers, good quality well serviced car carriers. I have used their utes to move houses too! If you need a trailer or a ute I highly recommend Move yourself.

But something my experience with Move Yourself trailer hire, and the stressful situation I was in magnified, is the polite and helpful interactions I had with Chantelle by email then Phil and Tracey by phone, swung my poor/negative thought pattern around which made my days a little less stress...

The trailer hire is cheap and the trailers are well maintained. Also the service helpline staff are very helpful and understanding. Cant complain about the trailers or the helpline staff so 5 stars it is!

Great service, brilliant Ute that drove well, and very professional process - customer service was great. Even though I was initially uncomfortable about everything being on line, the process was smooth and straight forward - I will definitely use Move Yourself again.

I needed to pick up some furniture that had been given to my daughter. Being a single mother who had never towed before I spent so much wasted time trying to find alternatives. Finally I rented a very small cage trailer from our local service station. I was amazed by how easy & inexpensive it all turned out to be. I had no trouble at all being able to hook up the trailer, tow it both empty and full and return the trailer as needed.

I find it much easier to book this trailer hire than I was expecting. It did it online and the staff were helpful in showing me how to access the kiosk to complete the pick up and return. I was a bit wary about using a trailer, given I haven't done this much, but the booking process and support could not have been better.
