Technician arrived on time. Assessed problem and quoted for replacement. Carried out work within estimated time frame. Tested operation of television reception. Problem solved. A job well done. Would recommend him.

Provided practical advise and offered three solutions one reattach antenna and pay callout fee two cheap antenna and third an Australian antenna with five year warranty best choice and fitted it quickly

The work was undertaken well, advice was good. Not cheap but I was comfortable with the quote. Disappointing that they hit you with a 2.5% credit card fee irrespective of which card you use. Didn't get to find out about that until the invoice arrived. Its not insignificant amount when you spend $800...

The technician was punctual and sent a text advising of his nearing arrival, a step that enabled us to be fully prepared for him. His workmanship was neat, clean and accurate and all debris created was cleaned up by him along the way. The service provided all that we requested with top efficiency and we would recommend him very highly as a tradesman.

The gentleman who attended my property was wonderful, He explained everything, what was wrong, what was needed & how much it would cost. He showed me brochures, he did not try to 'up sell' ie he was not 'pushy'. He showed me the faulty part on my current antenna.
He was respectful & polite. Even cleaning up when he was finished.
I highly recommend this gentleman.

Our technician Ernie called prior to the appointment, arrived on time and then quickly replaced a faulty antenna. He retuned the TV set and then took time to explain about the new channels to my 84 year old mother in a way that she understood. All for a fair price. Great service.
