I intend to master other MYOB modules to improve myvbusiness efficiencies and time effectiveness. MYOB Support staff resolved my urgent issues and helped optimise my business strategies during a difficult period of time.

Andrew was wonderful and helped me through my questions. My computer skills are minimal and so his patience was appreciated. The system is very easy to use and perfect for my business. Recommend this system

there is a lot wrong with myob as you are probably aware, but when it works it is a great way to manage sales accounts and payroll. I just wish that it didn't fail on a few levels with the online file sometimes.
and printing invoices to a desktop printer is a nightmare sometimes. every couple of hours it will not print without a restart when connected to the cloud, but all in all it's not that bad

No issues here and all was handled very professionally. Single Touch Payroll had issues but it was the ATO end. Myob was all good their end. The worst part I suppose was o hold but t o be expected. Need music to listen to, rather than the same tune or a comedian. anyhow all good here

Happy with the service provided . Manage to resolve within hours, very patient and courteous over the phone dealing with the problem and it was resolved . Keep up the good work, especially over a testing period that we all going through .

The customer service was number one in recommending the best product and version of MYOB to compliment the current program i have. Very quick and professional......would recommend it to anyone!

I was not informed of how to fully implement the payroll service to go to ATO. I queried how the reports get to the ATO as on my ATO file it was showing no payroll attended

Technical 2 help was great I was given clear instructions on what I needed to do. Must say the initial person on the first part of the call was a little frustrating as I could not get across what I needed.,

This product has cut my office work down and when the accountant wants answers he just looks it up and he just pushes a button and he get his work for me done so mush faster. Thansk for a gret product.

The programme works well but if there is a problem one is able to get satisfactory assistance in real time. Very helpful and knowledgable staff. One talks to a real person.

We find the upgraded (Accountright) clumsy and tedious compared to the redundant Enterprise which we happily used for years.
We note the difficulties in changing periodic billing invoices and the difficulties in printing accumulating entitlements figures.

Disappointed that Ipurchased last version of V19 never had a problem with it then I keep getting a notice to ring support to verify to get a number to reactivate Then told I would have to ring back every 24 days to get another number and only solution was to pay a fee monthly for 12months Then after two to three weeks all of a sudden can’t use software and have to ring support I feel I have been conned and gouged But I suppose that how you make money for share holders !

Thank you for resolving my issue, the help from your staff was exceptional and no problem was an issue. While I was working with them to sort my issue the lady helped me with other things inside payroll that I never knew existed. This will save me so much time

I find MYOB very logical and easy to use. There are a couple of glitches which have never been resolved, one specific to Inventory where there are hidden numbers - we have had a script run on our databases at various times to temporarily resolve this issue. I also find the sizing of fields on an invoice are not retained when I set them under preferences. This will all be resolved in future, no doubt.

I have been using this product now for 25 years and find it to be a genuine accounting package. Product is great but customer service in dealing with billing issues has become a real problem with me and unresolved to date.

Been a user of MYOB Accounting since the 1990's. Many trouble-free years of managing clients' books of account. Good reports and ease of use. No others come close. Keep up the good work. Am about to purchase AccountRight Premier.

I have been using MYOB for more than 25 years, I still consider it to be the best accounting system available, apart from some speed issues, it is very user-friendly, has great flexibility and reports.

After waiting a week for a reply to an email for help I called them, I had the pleasure of waiting over 1 hour to get help. They did help but I don't know why we pay them.

Have no complaints. Excellent service and very professional when handling my problem. Took me through step by step on the computer to resolve my problem of being locked out of MYOB. Thank you
