Hi, i don't know sorry. We drop after 3 week of wait.

NAB gave me conditional approval then they decline my loan when I found property.

Broker mislead all the time. Don’t trust them. I am waiting 4 weeks still my construction loan not completed. Which broker told me should be ready by a week. Chase nab too many times. Its so frustrating . Never ever deal Nab again.

For me I flagged out my urgency at the beginning. All documents were submitted as an when they requested. The loan became unconditional on the same week

NAB kept me waiting for appraisal and full financial approval to the point where I had to go to another financier and almost lost the property I was interested in. If you want to have a massive, anxious wait, go with NAB. If you want approval and appraisal fast, go elsewhere - I did. All the best.

Same thing happened to me. Had to get in touch with them daily and remind them about the date,in spite of the situation, they did the property evaluation on last day of the cool off period and asked us to extend the cool off to 1 more day. We got it extended 2 more days from vendor.Even after extension, NAB was unable to finish the full financial approval and we thought we lost the property, finally, at night, we got full approval.It was extremely stressful. NAB should have some consideration for the customers !!

NAB Pre-approval worths less than the piece of paper they nicely give you. It is subject to credit team assessment, QA assessment, verification team assessment and how many more inner-assessment teams. One team can reverse the entire process to square one, even if ALL other teams approve it. This process can be extremely frustrating. It is a tangling mess. One day you may receive an approval call, but the next day another NAB team may call back to say it needs to be re-reviewed (?!)... If you want to save time and have confidence of what you can afford without fearing of any hiccups to the last minute, choose another bank.

Hi Tam, Im a bit late in this response but just saw it...This is a very very very usual thing with NAB. I had exactly the same response over a dozen times with them not calling back, and just to see if it was just me I had my wife ring through about other inquiries requesting call back...and what do you know...no call back, not once but on four occasions for her. I have noticed that NAB on here reply respectfully to people making complaints ( Oh im so sorry, Oh that shouldn't happen, please contact us via, please email us via) and so forth, it's just a social media front to appear caring.. However from actual experience I did just that and they were rude and unhelpful. I will not be dealing with them again
