Had a severe headache reaction the following day. Not game to try again. First night good . Second night took 2 at 9 then one at 2pm. Obviously not a good idea.

Although these are labelled as sleep aids I find them extremely useful in managing anxiety and panic attacks, I usually get panic attacks at night or in the early hours of the morning and as an oncall shift worker I was not in a postition to get immediate treatment and have found that Nature's own complete sleep is very useful in alleviating panic and helping with ongoing anxiety.

I use these occasionally when I need them, about once every couple of months. They definitely help me to get to sleep, i sleep well, and I feel fine when I wake in the morning.

I was suffering from insomnia and finding it very hard to fall asleep. This product helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. Didn't have any bad dreams and awoke feeling very rested.

I am 52. I find these work well for me. Not only a good sleep, but not laying awake at night thinking about bills and work, so good for anxiety. I also listen to a audio book, which helps imensly by distracting my concentration. Set the timer for 8 min and never get to the end. I still wake up at 2 to go to toilet, but out like a light again. As far as weird dreams? Um. Ive been having rude dreams...If you call that weird. Hahaha. I dont mind it a bit.

I tried this product to ease my insomnia. I slept soundly for 3-4 hours as I do anyway then awoke.
As stated I didn't get any help at all. I tried 2 tablets a few nights later and experienced very unsettled sleep. Don't want to try again.

I tried Complete Sleep when they first came out (was given a free pack) but nothing happened. So now, many years later thought I would try the 'Advanced'. Bought a pack of 60 because I was so optimistic. Tried for 7 days and they put me to sleep but 7 days had very disturbing dreams. Can't keep going.

You never get good sleep and give you a headache in the morning!

As a very poor sleeper I need a bit of help to sleep and stay asleep. I’ve tried Valerian but found it to be ineffective very quickly. My pharmacist recommended I try this and I’ve found it to be great! I much prefer a natural option over a drug like restavite which leaves you groggy for half of the morning!!

I don't take these to sleep at night. I take them during the day, as often as I need. They stop the chatter in your head for anxiety, almost instant relief. Best things ever.

Hi guys,updating review.This product is excellent for me.May not be for everyone.I have major sleep issues,gave up an anti depressant which helped me sleep but felt so groggy for hours next morning.No feeling like that with this tablet. I take 2 nightly,unreal.Only negative,tablet is too big.Hard to break. 20 dollars for Pk of 60 until January,Good price pharmacy.

I've found this product works wonders not only do I get a restful sleep I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go... as much as I can be... ( not a great morning person). Only downfall is they don't taste that great so try take with loads of water!!

Having difficulty sleeping on and off, and intermittently requiring sleeping tablets/antihistamines. But never liked the morning after, feeling heavy and waiting for hours to have a clear mind. Been recommended nature's way complete sleep by the pharmacist. But I also went step further and spoken to people at the health store. I am now combining 1 complete sleep tablet with melatonin and gaba right before bed, and sleep like a baby. Definitely worth trying and experimenting. Better then stilnox and all the other heavy ones.

Looking through the negative reviews I wondered whether some people were somewhat addicted to normal sleeping pills. These need to be weaned off slowly. Or washed out over time from the system. Once your body gets used to the new Complete sleep tablet it should work for you. I can't take anything with Valerian in it as it gives me a migraine. However I really do like the advanced formula. I am 70 years old by the way and don't have any vested interest in the product!

I am the worst sleeper around and have had prescription tablets which I don't like taking. I was told to try Nature's Own Complete Sleep and I won't look back. I have only had to take two tablets and it works for me. By reading these reviews it doesn't work for everyone but defiantly worth trying as it definately works for me.

I thought I would try this product in lieu of prescribed sleeping pills. On the first night I took two as recommended, I had a bad nights sleep and when I did sleep I had weird dreams. In the morning I felt like I had drunk two bottles of vodka. I did not feel better until 2pm. The next night I took just one tablet. I could not sleep at all and in the morning I had a bad headache. I threw the other 28 tablets in the rubbish bin

I have been taking these capsules on and off for a few years now and have been brilliant, however, NOT the Advanced formula as I tried this once and was hopeless and waste of the dollar ! I have noticed that there is a new formula for the Non Advanced Ordinary capsules which I have not tried as yet but I do hope are as effective as the previous I am still taking !
Also if you are low in magnesium this will affect your difficulties with trying to sleep

Took this for the first time in my life last night, after three years of sleepless nights. Had the best sleep I have had in a long time! Trying again tonight!

Waste of money. First two nights were worse than before. Only two hours sleep, took another tablet as per dosage and stayed awake for hours. Tried various combinations. One night ended up taking two, then an extra, then later another extra, and later again another. Total of five hours of broken sleep. Maybe Leanne the skydiver was paid a heap to say it works.
