Poorer sleep, lighter pocket
Absolute garbage.
What a waste of money!! Tried for seven days and found that it actually made my problem worse. I was less relaxed and amped up to the max. It doesn’t relax or help you sleep. When I did doze off for a maximum hour and a half I was awake and alert, couldn’t go back to sleep that night.
It might work for others, I found that I was getting more sleep before I started taking this product.
Purchased in May 2021 for $20.

Too scared to try again
Took 2 as directed but could not go to sleep for many hours. I was not worried about anything but could not relax or get comfortable to go to sleep. I don't normally have trouble going to sleep, it is the 2am wake up that is normally my problem. With these tablets my sleep was worse and I am now so tired.
Purchased in May 2020 at Chemist Warehouse for $13.40.

I want to know this product should be taken when necessary like sleep pill ?( some night you can't sleep ) or on daily base to improve your sleeping like supplements?
