Don't bother even phoning. Turns up, taps the machine, powers it up and has a guess as to what is causing the problem. Takes the $70 call out fee (good money for 5 mins) and you never hear back. Use someone else.

Terrible - complete waste of my time and money (zero stars)
Honestly I would love to leave a good review but unfortunately I've experienced terrible service and it was a complete waste of time and money trying to get Norwest to repair my dishwasher. Total incompetence from the repair person.
The repairman tells me I need a new board so I say OK order it. He then orders incorrect part and blames the supplier - that's idiotic (next time quote the PNC to the supplier) - and wastes my time. Calls a week later and says correct part will be much more expensive (pick a number out of the hat) - not very t...Read more
ransparent. You will be left wondering how much more they slug on top of the cost of the part. Typical repair company model of charging expensive call out fee, only to tell you things you know already - (part needs replacing) and worse of all - lack of commitment to fixing the problem. Just keep charging client to replace parts until it's too expensive and they give up. The guy won't even say if new part will likely get my dishwasher going and then offers to sell me a new dishwasher??? No thanks, I decide to cut my losses and got another reliable company to get my DW going for much less money and hassle! Great service
I would highly recommend these guys. If you read my previous email - this is the company that sorted out my washer issues within hours. Repairer was knowledgeable and prompt. I can't give them enough praise.

A con job!
Claimed that oven had been repaired but found out later that it did not work. Refused to com back unless more money is to be paid. A con job. Avoid at any cost.

As our phone conversation when you had called not long ago after some time since the visit. It had been explained to you that at the initial visit you were only charged a service call fee - no parts no labour had been charged and a service call does not cover these things. We offered to you as a good will gesture that we will send a technician to have a look and you will not be charged another service call fee but you will be charged for any parts and labour. You have refused our offer and wanted the repairs done for free. We can not supply parts and install them if they have not been paid for.You refused to come back and have another look at the unit unless I pay another service call. If this offer was true why do I need to submit a negative feedback? None expect you to install new parts for free.
