My policy had the wrong email address attached to it hence it expired as my payment was more than 1 month late...however the team I spoke to managed to restored my policy and I didn’t have to start again.

No Phones Being Answered By Parramatta Branch, Only An Answering Mschine

published

I have tried to contact the NRMA Parramatta Branch a number of times in relation to my policy. All I get is an answering machine and when I do leave a message, no one gets back to me, meaning that I have to keep calling them. This, I think, is poor customer service. What are telephones for? The query I have cannot be done via email, as it takes up to 5 days to get a possible reply, and the website cannot address my query. I need to talk to somebody and all I get is a useless answering machine that takes messages and no call backs. Not good.

Hoarding Help

Hoarding Helpasked

I have a small business which combines education (ie. workshops, trainings) for organisations about hoarding disorder and also work one-on-one with hoarders themselves in their homes. What insurances would I need and is it something you do?

Hi there! Generally, businesses such as yours look at Public Liability cover, and in some cases, a Professional Indemnity Insurance. We'd need to discuss your business practices further, and in more specifics, to see how we can best assist. Please contact our customer service team on 132 818 between 8am-8pm AEDT, Monday to Friday or visit us online at https://www.nrma.com.au/business-insurance to chat with us live online. Thank you. ~Dylan
