My click and collect never arrives at my designated store. Looking at Officeworks tracking I see that the item has been “picked” at the wharehouse but delivery gets pushed back daily. This has been going on for over one month. What is going on? Impossible to phone Officeworks, they have turned off their phones and emails don’t get answered. Come on! Other companies are doing better than this despite Covid 19.

Yeah I experienced what you are experiencing at the moment, you can't phone the specific shop where you ordered your items. I emailed Officeworks but of no avail. All you can do is call 1300 OFFICE (633 423). That is their customer service hotline, it would take forever before someone attends to you but just wait. It took me roughly 30 minutes before a customer service representative assisted me with my inquiry. Good luck mate! Hope you get your items sorted.

Why doesn’t Officeworks allow refunds back on to Apple Pay????????????
I have several times over the past 6-7 months returned items with a valid receipt at various Officeworks stores in Victoria that I had originally purchased with my virtual Apple Pay (ANZ) Visa on my IPhone. Each and every time when I 'tap" my phone to get the refund the terminal says 'Declined Do Not Honour" the first 2 times this happened I thought something was wrong with my visa card or my account and immediately contacted my bank but was told there was nothing wrong with my account or card and was told it is an issue with the store merchant - Officeworks-. This has now happened 6 times but only with Officeworks other stores no problem refunding to my Apple Pay (ANZ) Visa card. The last time this happened 13/5 Oakleigh Store cashier called manager neither had a clue why it wouldn't refund back on to my Apple Pay Visa ironically I was able to make a purchase at the same register 2 minutes later with the same Apple Pay (ANZ) card.
There is definitely an issue with Officeworks refund system and Apple Pay pathetic that the store managers could not give a toss and this has been going on for over 6 months.

Hi,
Does anyone here have a mobile phone bought from Officeworks?? I bought j2 pro galaxy and was faulty. Then when I returned to store to repair it, they did not because the IMEI no on the device did not match there records. Have anyone been in a such situation with them?? They keep refusing that the device is theirs and that a problem might have occured when the product was packed or put on the system at first place. Reported to fair trading. But can anyone plz check their IMEI no on device bought from officeworks and its box plz to see if this problem had occured before... Thanks

Can someone please explain why Lowell Brands have been removed and J Burrows implemented? Considering that both companies are owned by Officeworks..I now have 2 x Lowell paper slicers that are no good to me why? because i cant find any spare parts for them.but i can find J Burrows accessories. Yet when requesting help at counter regarding to see if i can get spare blades for them nothing was mentioned that i wont find parts anywhere..good way to monopolise on sales..can't get a new blade now for 2 units so i will have to go buy yet again another slicer..Not going to fool me the 3rd time Officeworks..how long before your J Burrows products go obsolete and replaced by another of you owned companies..Bloody Joke!!!

i purchased a demo model laptop acer but they made an error and admitted it they locked it to office works as admistrator so hence all the problems I cant do so many things due they still are administrator even though just outta warranty they still should fix the issue right???!!!

I would take it back to office works and ask them to unlock if from them and fix it, or I would take it to a computer shop or a good computer fixit guy and get them to format it (wipe it clean) so that it's like starting from new.
Don't bother. They couldn't give a rats, next time you'll know better......

I'm not sure / I would guess at a4 size though perhaps you could try contacting officeworks and asking them by either by phone, email or go into one of their stores.
