I found it easy to use and very straight forward.... and im not tech savvy so this was a breeze for me! I had an issue where my credit card was fraudulently used overseas so I needed to cancel my card and wait for a new card! I contacted customer service and they offered alternative solutions to avoid getting late fees.... all via email, so I’m pleased to say that good customer service still exists.... please try this for yourself and see how easy this is to use! I took out openpay to see what it was like, I got home and owed $75, I tried to pay a payment, and it blocked my account, I called up and was told if you try to pay more than 5 days before your next payment is due the system blocks you, and the initial offer was $450, I have paid that, and my amount didn’t increase, even after requesting increase. Afterpay is a lot better

Openpay is absolutely brilliant and so easy to use. I highly recommend this financial product for anyone seeking a tailor-made buy now/pay later option. Applications are simple and super quick too.

The only improvement is that the app is very hard to read needs to have some improvements made there otherwise concept is great and can use at Bunnings and Anaconda.

Such a great idea. You can have whatever you want and without the credit card. A modest amount comes out of my account on.pay day and it feels as if there isnt any debt.

Really easy to sign up and use... great idea and interest free. The only thing you should be offered more then a $500 start up, at least $1000 would be better and no instant payment as like Afterpay

Easy to start a plan and very affordable. Unfortunately it is hard to add a card and has caused my wife to be locked out of her account. I went to add a card and it would not let me.

Openpay wants I'd I take a photo of myself holding my I'd I get email from me wanting me to resend nope not wasting me time on this made me look like a goose at Bunnings

I love that you can choose the day your payments come out and that you can choose more than one length of time to pay it off. Not excited about the fees though

I've had openpay for awhile now, and although it's easy to use and I love you can use it online, I wish there were more mainstream shops to purchase from. I don't use afterpay, but afterpay do have many many more shops to buy from. That's the biggest downfall for me. Also, aside from online, there is only one store within an hour of me that I can visit to purchase in-store. The usability of the website to search for stores etc is not great - I feel in 2020, technology is so advanced, this could be improved on a lot. If I could make any suggestion to openpay, it would be to bring in more stores that people use in general, e.g.. Target, Big W, Kmart, pillow talk etc.

Hi, Chris here. My initial contact with OpenPay was simple, quick and effortless in getting all setup and able to use the online service straight away. Minutes, and it’s all action.

OpenPay offers an effective and useful online facility, as I’m disabled and confined to home and a w’chair this service adds significantly to my overall independence and to the better quality of ‘my’ life.

As a ‘new’ user I can easily offer a tick in their favour. It’s not just as simply put, on first look, but Is really a whole lot more. Appreciated.
