I ordered a lens replacement of 2 pairs of glasses. When they arrived one pair was someone else's. For the past 10 days, I've been having to chase them up to fix this.
1. Phone number NEVER gets answered during office hours and has no voice mail working
2. Emails take 2-3 days to respond (currently 5 days)
3. They don't even know where my glasses are located.
4. I've had someone elses glasses waiting here for instructions on where to send them for 10 days
5. They called me back just once (7.20pm at night) and have not called again. Expecting me to ring - see above about their number not getting answered.

I've been pretty patient and forgiving but am not getting extremely frustrated with their lack of customer service.

One star because I can't leave none! Hideous company. I ordered my prescription lenses with transitions. What arrived eventually was a pair of sunglasses (but I had been charged the fee for transitions) with the thickest lenses in the cheapest frames you've ever seen! Many almost illiterate emails later I asked them to honour their, "If you are not delighted with your glasses you get your money back". I had to go though Paypal to get it.

Excellent range. The website is very helpful. Love that I could try several glasses on virtually. Easy to navigate and filter. Very good quality and price. Will recommend & use again.

I have been buying glasses online for 5 years. I regularly sit on them/lose them/scratch them as a result I prefer to buy in bulk. They have regular promotions which make them good value for money. Optically are one of the better companies I've dealt with and have accurate delivery estimations compared to some other sites. Like all cheaper glasses the quality is average but what I expect for the price.

I really liked the broad range of frame models, it was very easy to browse the catalogue. The frames I chose are of really good quality and I was happy with the price.

i was surprised at how easy their website was to use i quickly found quite a few different styles i liked typed in my prescription payed for my purchase.
I had now problems with my order at all. They arrive about a week later and the prescription was perfect.
Given the price point compared to shopping in a traditional shop i was able to buy more pairs of glasses than i usually would have and now i have a different style for whatever mood or outfit Im in :)

I have been a returning customer to Optically for years, purely for the fact that their glasses are brilliant if you're like me and don't have much money to spend on prescription glasses.

After being hounded by optical stores to buy their glasses I found Optically. The quality is second to none, reasonably priced and the frames and lenses are of top quality.

This company re-lens glasses so as my prescription changes I dont have to buy new frames, saving me money. I have had them re-lensed twice and been happy both times.

lens kept getting out the frame too loose

I was very happy with the help I received. The glasses are more sturdy than other online purchases I have made. Which is why I keep coming back. The good prices are also another reason I come back. I also like that it is an Australian store.

Purchased from Optically a few times now. Customer service has been very good even when they had taken a bit longer to remake a pair of glasses that did not meet their expectations. They kept me informed & did offer some form of compensatory bonus. Well done to Optically as I am very happy with them.

Great price range glasses for people who cant afgort to spend $600 for a pair of new glasses. Big choice in frames so you can afford to get a number of different styles.
