Absolutely impressed with the service I received. I've been buying these UGGs for years, and you just can't fault their quality. The Lady who served me was very attentive and lovely, and assisted me with finding the perfect size for myself.

Boots appear to only be made per order or coming from somewhere else. It would’ve been more professional if website clearly indicated this.

Website did not indicate boots were not in stock.
Had to follow-up several times with the business about my order. Each time they responded with an elastic dispatch date for the boots but there was never delivery confirmation. So, I decided to cancel my order. One month was a generous wait-time on my end especially when the website indicates within 24h (to a week) for dispatch.

Ordered end of April early may, didn’t receive the ugg boots for over 3 weeks and when sent they were the incorrect size. Sent the ugg boots back over two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything! It’s mid July and nothing! After spending a lot of money I am absolutely disgusted in the customer service

I originally ordered a pair of Ugg Boots on the 11th of June. After waiting until the 14th of June with no word of dispatch I emailed again asking the eta. On the 16th they replied saying the order was ‘in the middle of production’ and they anticipated them to be sent the following week.

Here lies the first problem, the item was listed ‘in stock’ online, I would not have bought them if I knew they needed to be made and would have to wait weeks. This is deceptive marketing to drum up more sales of goods they simply don’t have. I requested a ...

Original Ugg Boots are great for many reasons.
1. They have large sizes, and coming from a family with large feet, this is fantastic.
2. The service has been exceptional. Enquires were always answered quickly, politely and with resolution. I found the friendliness and helpfulness refreshing.
3. We love our Ugg’s. They are comfortable and well made. And have a lovely range of colours.

The quality and the design is outstanding.
I brought my Ugg boots two years ago and Absolutely love them. Two years on, they still looks beautiful and very comfy. Especially I love the strong rubber sole. Recently I brought a pair of slippers which I enjoy wearing every day around the house. Warm and very comfortable.
Highly recommended.

I purchased a pair of the ugg slippers last winter while in lockdown.
They took a little while to come BUT they were worth the wait.
I absolutely love them.
They have been beautifully made with genuine sheep skin and a strong rubber soles.
I call them my grandpa slippers and they are never far away from me .

After some time wearing them and being able to compare with many other pairs i have previously owned, i can say that these uggs are awesome! They have strong sole, and are super warm and comfy. Well stitched and overall high quality. It was a perfect fit to size as advertised. Personalized customer service was a nice touch. Could not be happier with them in our super cold Canadian winter! And at great price compared to buying in Canada. Worth the shipping time)) ( one small wish though if they could offer multiple shipping choices like FedEx etc)

I received my order yesterday and they look and feel amazing! I had a few questions before ordering them and my emails were replied to so quickly. I received them super fast after ordering them and as they were a gift I am now going to order a pair for myself too! Really recommend, fantastic quality and customer service!

My partner purchased a pair of Uggs for me, in July 2020. It took over 4 weeks to have them delivered. And then they only lasted a few months before my toe started poking through the sheep skin. I asked for a full refund but was declined due to their reason of "normal wear and tear". My previous ugg boots (not from this store) lasted over 10 years and never had the problem of my toe poking through. I suggest not buying from them as they offer poor quality products and poor customer retention rules. Purchase at your own risk.

I love my Australian made UGGs.
I did order during the pandemic so time has nothing to do with my review. My new UGGs feel fantastic, look fantastic and are as comfy as one would expect from such a high quality product. I would recommend original UGGs Australia to anyone looking to purchase a pair of shoes. Also the customer service was ok all things considered, I can say the wait in the end was well worth it.

Received my Ultra Ugg short in Chestnut today size 8, the size is bigger than my old ugg size 8, it doesn't snuggle my feet. The shape is weird. I would like to return but their refund takes more than 6 weeks. I suggest you physically go to the shop & try it yourself. I'm all for supporting local businesses but unfortunately not satisfied with the product.

The highs and lows of covid interrupted deliver but the company updates were welcomed and informative.The ugg boots worth the wait- look great especially with the special bit of Swarovski bling button, comfortable, great choice.

Easy to navigate the website, understandably took a little longer to deliver due to COVID, and I was kept informed along the way. I’m in love with my Milly’s. My granddaughter too, is delighted with her cute Koala boots which arrived at the same time. Both pairs unique, well made, snug fit, soft woolly insides, like walking on air. I will buy again from this company.
