I bought these Uggs 4/5 expecting a delay as advertised on the website. After 4 weeks and no communication I emailed the company on 1/6 and received a prompt response telling me they were on the list to go out last week. It’s now 10/6 and boots still not shipped and no update. The QLD winter is pretty short and the boots will not be needed soon. Just wonder if the sales for made to order boots should have been suspended when the company realised they couldn’t fill the orders in a timely manner? #32036

I ordered 3 pairs with the Swaroski crystals they are absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. Great company to deal with and they are made so well. Recommend them very highly.

I've been waiting almost 7 weeks now and once I paid the $160 I never heard back. Their live chat page doesn't exist, nobody picks up the phone and the emails are never replied. I called them twice last week and the week before last, every time I get empty promises that next week they will dispatch it. Seems like the only form of communication is ieatwords website since they are monitoting my angry reviews. If my order isn't here this week I will lodge a complaint with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

I ordered my ugg boots on the 1st of May and I still haven’t received them or a shipping confirmation after over a month waiting. I have contacted you through your online chat 5 times asking where they are and I get the same excuse every time and you’re saying they will be shipped within a week and they haven’t been. The online chat didn’t even ask me what my order number was so I’m not sure how they knew my order was getting shipped.
This is beyond a joke it doesn’t take this long to make ugg boots even with the restrictions and I won’t be using your services ever again.

I ordered 2 pairs of UGGs boots on the 2nd of may I paid $230 I got a confirmation the same day and I have not heard anything since when I ordered they said allow 2 weeks for us to send out, that's fine. It's now 5! Weeks later I was happy to wait but now it's becoming a little bit ridiculous if they can't keep up why are they still taking ordered why not postpone and get the orders out that already exist I don't like spending $230 only to be left in the dark the least they could do is send out a apology email or refund shipping or something after all we are keeping them very much in business.

I received my pair of Green Camo Short Ugg Boots today and am very impressed by the quality and comfort. They are seriously comfortable. However the colour of the stitching, sole and heal support are completely different to the pictures displayed on the Original Ugg Boots Australia online store from where I purchased.

Just received my Original single button UGG boots and fallen in love with them. So comfy and snug. So worth the wait and the raisin colour is gorgeous. Attention to detail is also great.

Very easy to navigate the store and find what we wanted. Great sizing information as well.
Great range of products, very satisfied.
The product is amazing, extremely satisfied, will be shopping there again soon.

I was super happy with my ugg boots which arrived today! Top quality and super comfy, I've been wearing them all day. Although they did take some time to arrive due to this crazy pandemic, correspondence from Rob was great when I expressed a concern over an upcoming birthday they were purchased for. Even though unfortunately the ETA didn't quite make it for the birthday, Rob was quick to respond in emails the following week( this week) where he unknowingly express posted the ugg boots yesterday which turned up today on my door step. A total surprise, thanks for the customer service. Must be a tough gig right now getting so many orders out in such a time frame! Great work to you and your team, thanks for keeping my toes toasty!!

I will rate the Ugg boots when I hopefully, eventually receive them. I ordered way back on the 26th April and still nothing, nearly 4 and a half weeks later. I know there is a delay with orders compared to normal, but to still be waiting after 4 weeks is a bit much

The online order site is easy to navigate and order - the hard part is choosing which ones to purchase! We did have to wait a little longer for our Uggs due to ISO issues, but the communication from the company was wonderful. I purchased 2x kids Ugggs and 1 pair for myself. All three are comfy, well made and oh so warm! I'll never buy from another company and will recommend original Ugg Boots to everyone! Thank you.

I got my boots yesterday and I’m very happy with them. They are very warm, very comfortable, perfect fit. The company was very prompt in replying to my questions, e.g. clarifying what size would be best for me. It took a couple of weeks for delivery but they were upfront about this from the outset, explaining it was due to coronavirus and the postal system being overwhelmed. I am glad to be supporting an Australian company making a high quality product.

Well I will review the boots when I get them. But considering some of the reviews here ordered 4 days ago and got their boots and our two pairs of boots are still not dispatched I am a bit disappointed. We ordered 15 days ago by the way.

Only worn in the house, but after a few months the soles came off both boots! Shocking given I'd spent $125 on them and previous UGG boots from other brands have given me 8+ years or solid use. Disappointed!

Because of the lock-downs in both Australia & New Zealand I didn't think they my order would turn up so soon, but it arrived in only 11 days. They are so comfortable, and available in extra large sizes so are a perfect fit. I don't know why I never bought any before, and this certainly won't be my last pair

Love my ugg boots although now they feel a bit strange to wear with bare feet as there is sand and stuff stuck inside the sole of the shoe. I really have given these shoes a beating but they have taken it pretty well. A little of the dye came off when I washed them sadly and they are definitely not as well padded where my foot sits in the shoe as when I bought them but overall would highly recommend.

Bought some short uggs for the wife online as they had a sale and I have to say that I was surprised by how quickly they arrived. Bought on Thursday and gave them to her on Monday. The quality was great Cheryl said she loved how warm they were and now she barely takes them off.

Bought 3 pairs of UGG boots for family - disappointed and would never buy from this company again.
Paid extra for express post. Order not sent for another 2 days, combined with long weekend, meant order not receieved for 5 days.
Baby size 18-24mths grossly in excess of any average 18-monther's foot.
X2 adult UGGs way too small (despite measuring feet prior).
Returns sent.
Nil correspondence from company for 2 weeks.
Eventually return sizes sent the following week (not express post).
Arrived today (wrapped in plastic with no box) and still too small. Furthermore the wool-lined insides reek of toxic chemicals.
Would not recommend this company and would never buy from them again.

Brought a pair of UGG boots for mother's Day. Website had 3 to 5 business days for delivery and advertised there was still time to order for mother's Day. Took over a week just to process the order then 5 days to deliver so order missed mother's Day. Finally got the order and the gift box I paid extra for was just the standard ugly cardboard box with a ribbon printed in one corner. Hopefully the product is better than the service I have experienced so far.

I brought 4 pair of Ugg Boots so I could have a change. After some months later the soles started coming apart from the soles this has happened to all 4 pair now, I only use them inside my home so I am pretty upset that all have failed.

Alot of ugg companies out there and some reviewers may have gotten companies mixed up? I recently bought 3 pairs online from Original Ugg based in Melb - Braeside (www.originaluggboots.com.au). Could not visit the store as I am in QLD - via facebook customer service was very good - all 3 boots are made extremely well, stitching flawless. Requested small variations that only a local manufacturer could do and get done within a week - buy with confidence A++++. Follow their size guide - warm, comfy and the most breathable pair of ugg boots I have ever owned (no sweaty feet at all in a QLD winter).

Now to see if they will last 4 seasons like my old "home only" winter pair... initial indications are they will! Great product guys.
