I placed an order 27/6/23, then received an email confirmation giving me an order number. I have emailed numerous times to no avail. I have tried ringing but only get an answerphone message saying all operators are on the phone and to send an email to [email protected]. As of 21st August when I attempt to email I get an error message "451", whatever that is! Then this morning I tried to ring again to have a message say the phone number is no longer connected. Help someone, they have my $269!
Please can you advise when you will be shipping my order #64338, the money has been debited from my credit card and I should be advised when to expect delivery! No one is answering my email and your phone is going straight to message bank. I will be following this up with further complaints if not advised.
Hi Beverley- i am in the same boat. I've sent two emails and called today but it was after hours so a lady took a message! I am close to asking for a refund through paypal. A bit of customer service would go a long way.
I purchased a pr of Original UGG boots in April, through Deals Direct, I am not happy with the quality, the sole split by 3 weeks of wearing & insole fluff wore off in clumps, aside from being made in China, I am elderly& dissabled,& due to the corona virus & my poor health, I have had to isolate, & have spent time in Hospital, I have sent emails expressing my issues to The Original UGG boots company & they keep saying I have to go back & complain to Deals direct, Original UGG said, my complaint should have been dealt with earlier? But it's impossible when I cannot contact supplier, please can you help me,, thankyou, Granny [email removed]

We are not on deals direct. You will need to contact with deals direct or the company that you purchased from. There are many companies out there, most of them made in China. We manufacture our UGG boots here in Melbourne, Australia. If you are after genuine Aussie made UGGs please get in touch we will be happy to help.
Has anyone else had trouble recently receiving their orders? My parcel tracking was cancelled. No satisfactory reason given. No answer on phone, goes to recording message ‘mailbox full, no recordings will be made’ . Had response by email but with no further tracking information provided. Raised Enquiry with Australia post, tracking can only be cancelled by vendor. Email tells me still on the way, should be here this week. Waiting.
They do not answer emails or phone calls, but when Australia Post said they had it, it took almost a week. My tracking was never cancelled. But it did take a complaint to PayPal for communication from them and then Australia Post had them. Supposedly, a couple places on the site says it takes at least four weeks. Never saw that, but I have warn them almost all day every day since I got them, they are absolutely superb.

Has anyone bought the baby ugg boots the sizing is soooo big, that even a newborn size is larger than an average 2 year olds feet .. when I rang about this, they told me that they had researched the sizing and that it is accurate and that no one else had complained .. though in one of the reviews I noticed someone did have the same issue interested to know what other people have bought and whether they had the same problem

...can anyone please tell me the measurement across the widest part of the boot underneath, size 37,Ladies Short button boots?? thanks...I need to get wide footed boots because of bunions etc
Some sites will ask if you want a B Medium which is for wider feet But to be really sure on the size I would go to contact us and ask ... I found that the UGG boots are pretty wide anyways as I have the same problem you have and I where a size 7 and they are B Medium and are pretty wide and are also very comfortable plus they form to your feet as UGG Boots are made from suede. I do hope this helped.
I was bought a pair of lovely genuine Ugg boots from Ozsale for mothers day this year. I'm happy with everything else about the boots except the two straps that that go across the boots and fasten with velcrose. The straps are made from suede and are very flimsy, not something I would expect in Uggs. I really don't think the straps are going to last for very long as they are already coming apart. What should I do.

First off all this problem should not occur in Australian ugg boots but if you are facing issues regarding the straps; then you could have some extra products to take good care of Ugg Boots some products which I have used from uggboots4all are so much helpful.
How can I make sure these boots are real before I order them?
I ordered a pair for a friends birthday and I have to say that not only was I impressed with their communication with me, but there was a speedy delivery and the boots were just gorgeous, well made out of thick sheepskin. Wlll be using them again to order my winter Uggs
