Frames are very poor quality

First purchased new glasses from these guys mid last year then lost them in a bedouin camp in the middle of the Jordan desert in November - I ordered 2 replacement pairs with same frames early December - 3 months later both frames were broken - so very poor quality - before I could return the glasses all of the stores closed - I can understand this but I still need replacements - I sent 2 emails and eventually received a response after 3 weeks to go to another optometrist who is open! I offered to mail the glasses to get a repair but it appears the whole business is on lockdown - very poor customer service.

Worst quality frames and lenses

Do not waste your money the quality of the frames and lenses are cheap and crappy - the worst glasses ever!! Front line people very inexperienced !! My glasses have over stretch that much they just fall off my head (poor quality materials) the lenses are of poor quality as well !

2 months waiting still nothing

When I ordered my glass in early March the people working in the store said that it will only take 2 weeks to get my glasses back 2 months later still have nothing except $400 missing from my account and not time frame on when I will get my glasses.
Have tried contacting them so many times on all of there social media and other ways of contact, nothing except a copy paste statement saying you will get it when you get it. NOT GOOD ENOUGH OSCAR WYLEE

I ordered glasses, easy prescriptions and chose the "deliver to my door" option. every week for 9 weeks I've emailed and called and left messages asking for an update. Finally I went to their social media to see if there was information about what was going on and hundred and hundreds of people are in the same boat. I get that issues can arise - I am upset with having zero communication for 9 weeks and no attempts by them to rectify the situation. I couldn't even cancel if I wanted to - they literally have zero options. Sure their designs are nice, but they're nothing special and could never endure this experience again.

Bad quality, though it looks fashion

My husband and I both got 2 glasses last January with the promotion of $199 /2 Paris ( but in fact, as we are high degree, we end up pay over $200-400 more for each glasses! We like the fashion look but we didn’t expect the so poor quality. My husband complained the frame is not memory wise like his previous ones. And my one, today, it just break in to half...

Still waiting 6 weeks from an order. Have contacted through email contact 3 times with no reply. Very dissatisfied and I want a refund or my glasses but neither seems possible.

First pair of glasses metal frame rusted but the optometrist tried her best to clean it. My second pair never arrived - almost 2 months of being blind. $500, may as well support a smaller optometrist instead of a corporate chain that does not care about their customers at all. The optometrists at the three stores ive been with are amazing. But head office in delaying our orders is not good enough. They will still be advertising people to purchase new glasses without fulfilling the orders already being made. Will not be going back and advising all friends to not try Oscar Wylee.

I ordered glasses for myself and my daughter 4 weeks ago. No response to 4 emails. My daughter’s glasses frame has broken and I’m left with no replacement glasses as ordered and no refund!

The lady that served me at the Marion store was so rude, literally asked how am I walking around with no glasses, mate that’s why I’m in your store. Her banter was disgusting and offensive.

Then this whole covid19 happened and they’ve decided it was a great business idea to just not reply to emails. They say to add your address on the “contact us” page on their website, but I don’t even know my order number and god knows where the receipt is from 5 weeks ago. I’ve added my address without any order number, hopefully they can figure it out but I have very little hope they would.

This is my first and definitely the last time I’d be going with them. In times like this, should have gone to specsavers.

I am really disappointed in my experience after purchasing glasses through Oscar Wylee. The fit out of the stores is a massive cover up for how dis-organised the team is, more focused on marketing and than delivering on the customer experience. After purchasing a pair of glasses, I am realizing COVID-19 is exposing those businesses that don't have it together. The minimum is letting your customers know whats happening with their purchase and that hasn't happened here.

Ordered a pair of glasses and paid upfront 7 weeks ago.
During this time, have been understanding of delays. However, there is no response from customers service. Every email goes unanswered, every time I reach out over the website it goes unanswered and every time I reach out via FB im re-directed to the website? There is no communication and it is starting to feel as though I have paid $300 for something I will never receive.
So disappointing as I have been a customer over the past few years, but will not order from here again.

I’ve had my glasses for under 3 months and they’re already broken, they look nice but are pretty poor quality imo. I’ve also emailed them 3 time for separate inquiries and never got a reply back ever... It’s pretty poor form. I’ve now decided to go to a well known company to get new glasses and they handled things a lot more professionally.

Did my eye test today, paid for 2 glasses total at $259, since I saw all these negative reviews, now I am worried ....to be honest the service wasn’t too good at all, let’s see what happens with my new glasses, fingers crossed .
