I cannot recommend Oz hair and Beauty more!! These guys are amazing, amazing prices. And I honestly couldn’t believe when I ordered my products at 1pm Thursday, they arrived 10:30am Friday! Absolutely shocked!

Bought 2 x 1 litre Fudge Violet Toning Shampoo. I thought I would order well before I needed to because of shipping delays re: Covid... Ordered Monday and it arrived Wednesday! And this was free shipping!

Pretty disappointed about the customer service received. You purchase an item thinking that’s the product you are getting but if it’s not available they will send you a completely different item that you didn’t request. I would have appreciated if there was communication stating the item you purchased is unavailable, instead of sending an item that’s completely irrelevant. When you ask to return the item they expect you to pay for the cost of shipping… you wouldn’t buy a size L shirt and if ‘out of stock’ they send a size S …

After receiving a 20% code for the brand Matrix which I purchased at check out could not apply my code sent the text with the email to costumer support after a few emails the girl did not get it gave me 10% refund false advertising

When the product I ordered was not available I received great customer service and they helped me to exchange it with ease recommending a similar product for me and shipping my order express soon after!

I found it so easy to navigate what I needed on the stores website and they offered a large range of products to choose from with great product information.

Such a pleasure to deal with, my brush arrived on time however it was damaged. I contacted oz hair and they immediately offered me a replacement with express post, at no cost to me. I would highly recommend this company. Outstanding customer service.

Ordered on the 12th May and got super quick, I excitedly opened it and everything was absolutely perfectly packaged with recyclable packaging and got cute little freebies. I had to contact customer care due to an extra product in my delivery and the worker was super polite and helpful! Will definitely be ordering again !

I’ve waited a long time to get my products. Soo.. When I sent an e-mail to ask what’s going on, the answer were that “freebie” isn’t in stock but we’re happy to give you 10% off your next buy. Hmm that’s something we always are given and second of all, the % doesn’t apply to most things.
The marketing in this company is chocking and how they only make benefits for themselves when they do a mistake makes me never wanting to buy from here again.

There was a slight error with my order when it arrived so I reached out to the customer service to air my concerns. The team got back to me extremely promptly and offered a more than fair solution. I was extremely impressed by how they handled their error. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and will purchase again.

As someone with very little knowledge about hair care and what products are suitable for the concerns I have, oz hair and beauty has changed the game through their questionnaires to determine exactly what the customer wants and prevent people with no experience in hair care from purchasing a product that isn’t suitable for them and may only be used once! Hair care isn’t cheap so by selecting recommended products I know will work for me is amazing!
I think their prices and regular sales make purchasing from oz hair and beauty so worth while! Since finding oz hair and beauty I have hit shopped for ANY kind of hair care anywhere else! Love love love!!!

I love Oz hair & beauty, it's my go to for all my favourite products. I love the freebies that are added when I make my purchases, makes the unpackaging of my order all the more exciting :) sometimes I like my freebie so much I order it on my next purchase! (Am now obsessed with pure fiji). They have such a good range of products, and I have noticed they always restock sold out items very quickly. My items are always quick to arrive aswell, hands down the best to go to!

I purchased some shampoo/conditioner and treatments from Oz Hair & Beauty and received my parcel exceptionally fast. Unfortunately, there was one incorrect item sent to me. Easy to find online, doesn't take long to get delivered, packaged well in the box so nothing spills in the box and if have any questions the team from Oz Hair & Beauty are quick to respond. Easy to navigate. The prices are definitely worth looking at in comparison with hairdressers - wrap this up with the FAST delivery and this is a hands down winner overall. PS the little freebies sometimes get missed in my orders but when they do come its a great way to try a product.
