I orderd two orders through the 12 days of Christmas promotion . When I received both orders no free gift in either. So I emailed the support center and Jasmine informed me the free gifts had all gone. No sorry no replacement. I will go back to Adore beauty at least you get all your free gifts

Bought a couple things off them as the reviews were great and their delivery time was estimated between 1-6 days. After almost a week still nothing. I emailed to ask if my package had been sent and they said it was being processed at warehouse and offered me a 10% refund for the delay. I realize that it is a busy period but 3.5 weeks later still no update. When i asked again, they said it still was being processed and not yet sent! The customer service and response time was fantastic but when you’re waiting weeks for a product to “processed” it’s just not good enough. May try to purchase again in future from them..but then again, maybe not.

Over two weeks since order placed and still not even posted! They claim to have sent emails but never received. Apparently some items now not in stock. Will never use this online store again!

I have made a few purchases now from this site, easy and value for money. Can be a bit slow to post, but if no rush, it is fine. I will continue to use as I am happy with products.

My first online shopping experience was pretty scary and horrible got to the payment part but all my details in and said declined where as on my bank account the money had been taken out very scary as we all work for our money have tried to be in touch but they havent got back to me yet

i ordered a straightner hair dryer pack and after a few days received an email saying it had been sent and delivered however still no parcel..i tracked it and it waa sent to another state..aust post were redirecting to me..i emailed the companys support and they offerefld me a refund or free gift wrapping..then another email to confirm they requested the parcel was returned to them and they will let me know when its resent! still nothing a week later..terrible customer service..now im $150 out of pocket and no birthday present for my daughter..her birthday was last weekend

The amazing thing is, I am in Auckland, NZ and placed my order on Sunday, and received the entire order on the following Thursday!
