Terrible service.
They printed the wrong logo, re-designed my logo twice and then went ahead and printed them.
Their phone line was down and emails were inconsistent.
Terrible for a bussiness that is just starting, i now have 1000 stickers that are useless.

Should have used vista print.

I placed an order which took far longer to deliver than the two weeks they claim. After about 5 weeks my first batch came. I re ordered another batch thinking perhaps it was just a once off bad service. Wrong. They sent out pixelated stickers after confirming that the image was high quality enough. It was a nightmare of long phone calls to get them to replace the stickers and they used the same image sent in the first place but this time it was high quality enough.

Would not recommend.

I ordered some dome stickers about a month ago. I received them four weeks later to find that they stuffed up the colours, so they said they can reprint them for me. I asked if I could change the design before they print again, if not I would like a refund, they said they have already started printing when I hadn't even asked them too. Not to mention, every time I called them I could barely hear and understand them, and they would tell me just to email them. I haven't heard any status of my order now and am left with the wrong stickers now. This is the worst service I have received and definitely regret using them.

We purchased dome stickers for outdoor use - they lasted about 2 weeks before fading. I contacted them to get the problem fixed and I was promptly told that dome stickers are not suitable for outdoor use, even though the website states they are. I was offered a discount on my next order. No thanks.

I would not recommend or use this company again.

I ordered some stickers from oz sticker they arrived in the mail on time. it was this point that i realised its an overseas company not an australian company because it had indonesian stickers all over the packaging. they were car bumper stickers so i applied them to some cars and the printing had badly faded within 3 weeks sent emails to the company they said they would not replace the stickers, and eventually gave me another "complaints department" email address which went no where. will never use them again.
