I purchased a Neato robot in March that was delivered quickly, and an an excellent price. Unfortunately the robot developed a fault in December. Without hesitation Ozrobots offered a full refund as they couldn't obtain a replacement robot. No delays, done cheerfully, and quite unexpected.
A great example of how to run an online business and a clear guide to anyone who wants to purchase a robot to do so through this company. Highly recommended.

I am very cautious when I buy off a company online that I haven't dealt with before so I read external reviews. There were some poor reviews but I went ahead anyway and will admit I was a bot stressed about it as it's a lot of money. The Roomba 880 turned up yesterday and I had no troubles and love the product.

My Roomba 880 stopped working in 6 months and despite multiple emails, staff ignored my request for help. I will be making a complaint to consumer affairs as I should be entitled to a refund. Disgraceful service and a bad product.

I purchased the iRobot 780 which was very competitively priced and it arrived very swiftly during the Christmas period! Also, the robot vacuum cleaner works a dream and really takes a load out of doing housework. When one of the components was faulty on the vacuum cleaner, I wrote to OzRobots and was immediately sent a new part! Excellent customer service and definitely recommend buying your robot vacuum cleaner from them.

These guys advertise "FAST SHIPPING" on their website but I was by no means expecting shipping quite this fast. I ordered on Easter Monday and the product arrived on my desk Wednesday morning! Very easy, pleasant experience.
