I ordered presents for my granddaughters for birthdays early, thinking they would arrive as specified. My order no is 30394067 bought on 11/11/19 I have not been contacted since purchase. Today I phoned customer service and told the goods were in USA and will be delivered in two weeks.

This is ridiculous, and not as specified.

I would like more information or cancel the order as delivery will be too late for my requirement.

I am most confused as last night I had a message from customer service saying my purchases are ready to be dispatched in the next few days. We have no knowledge of any dispatch from the supplier.

You may have received an error message advising you have been rejected by the payment gateway as your shopping activity has been deemed as potentially 'high risk' by our internal screening systems. This is not something to be concerned about in most instances, as this could be related to something as simple as using an internationally issued credit card. In order to shop with OZSALE, customers will need to be in Australia at the time of checkout, using a locally issued credit card. We are unable to accept orders from customers who are outside of Australia for security purposes. Should you have an internationally issued credit card or are receiving this message for another unknown reason and would still like to purchase, can I please recommend you proceed to checkout using PayPal or MasterPass. Hi i have just received my ordered body milk lotion specifically the Allesandro dell aqua one & it definitely has passed its used by date smelling very stale. Im disappointed as i have in the past had the perfume and i can tell you that this does not smell anything like a perfume but something very off. Once all customers have placed their orders and the sales event has ended this is when the magic happens! If the sales event stock is already at our warehouse we will ship your order straight to your door as soon as possible. If not, our suppliers will organize to ship the sales event stock to one of our international warehouses.

Each sales event listed online has its own estimated delivery time frame. These time frames can be found in the Product Information section at the time of purchase, as well as from the MY ORDERS section online after your purchase.
