Hi Benita. I placed an order back in November for 2 items for Christmas presents. I was informed that they had arrived and were to be dispatched on the 23rd December. This did not happen. I was then informed on the 2nd January that one of the items was suddenly "no longer available". I went to the website and the so called item was still available and my query was, why wasn't it supplied if it was still available for purchase on the web site.

I really dont want to leave negative review as I have been regular and loyal customer for Ozsale since a long time. The current issue is regarding my pandora bracelet which I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I cudnt find the option for canceling my order. So I requested your customer service to do that for me. As it has not been dispatched, i was assured that they will talk to the supplier. I was waiting for the response for so many days and all of sudden it was delivered to my place. I am really not happy for giving me false assurance for cancellation. When I informed the customer service again and give them details of what had happened, they told me to return it and for that I have to pay return postage. Thts really not fair because it has been delivered against my wish. I hope you will solve this issue for me. I want to return the item but i dont want to pay return postage.

In those instances, we will need to check with them on the order progress before getting back to you. It appears that the supplier may have dispatched the order prior to us reaching them. I ordered two items on 29/11/19 and have not received either. I have made consistent contact through the app only to get generic cut paste responses each time. The items have since been advertised again on the site and I cannot get any answers as to where my products are. Received a $15 voucher to compensate for the delay - one item is incredibly sentimental (not to be found anywhere else) but am close to asking for an entire refund for both items as this is getting ridiculous. Can someone from Ozsale tell me exactly where my items are? Do they even exist?

You have to request a refund / returns from them. Also, you have to take photos of your broken delivery & attach them to your refund request.
