I have purchased my first order from this company my order number is 30395856 ordered on 11th nov with order date and stock arrived date ticked. Delivery date of order was meant to be today 18th but still no update or order packed or order despatched. I have been told 3 days ago (19th) that my order was confirmed and was being prepared for dispatch from the supplier then message today that there has been an unforeseen delay in preparing my order. I thought it had been dispatched by now. Christmas is coming fast and just wanting this order to be on its way already.

Hi i have just received my ordered body milk lotion specifically the Allesandro dell aqua one & it definitely has passed its used by date smelling very stale. Im disappointed as i have in the past had the perfume and i can tell you that this does not smell anything like a perfume but something very off. I would like to return this as i paid a bit of money for it how do i go about returning this as this is my first time returning to your company? Also as the product is not quite right how do I ship it back to you at no cost to me? Thank you

Once all customers have placed their orders and the sales event has ended this is when the magic happens! If the sales event stock is already at our warehouse we will ship your order straight to your door as soon as possible. If not, our suppliers will organize to ship the sales event stock to one of our international warehouses.

Each sales event listed online has its own estimated delivery time frame. These time frames can be found in the Product Information section at the time of purchase, as well as from the MY ORDERS section online after your purchase. We generally advise that it can take up to 21 days for your order to reach you after the sales event has ended. I hope this information helps.

I have returned some unwanted items (worth $500 or so) from Ozsale that I had requested a refund for. The items were confirmed by Ozsale to be in perfect original condition but instead of getting a refund I received credits to spend at Ozsale. I am not happy with this and would like money back in the way that I originally purchased it. I have spent a few thousand dollars with ozsale over the years and this is my first time to ever return anything. It has been a long arduous process to return the items and now I haven’t even received my refund, will not be purchasing from ozsale in the future if this can not be rectified. Thank you

Hi Pamela, thank you for your message.
To use a store credit, promotional code or voucher simply browse our sales:

1. Add your favourite items to your cart
2. Click "Äpply Voucher" at the payment details section
3. Select the amount you'd like to redeem which is available in your account during the checkout stage.

From here, we'll deduct the value of the credit from your order. You can view your available vouchers and their expiry by visiting the My Vouchers section of your Account.

Please note that vouchers can only be used on sales event items and not their postage. Any leftover or unused vouchers will be reinstated on your Account. Be sure to keep note of the 'use before' date that is listed on your Account to avoid missing out!

Should you apply a voucher to your order and not complete the transaction, it may take our system up to 15 minutes to refresh and to return your voucher back to your account.

Make sure you click on the voucher before you confirm payment as it's not possible to add a voucher after you've completed your order!

Hi Bob, thank you for your message. Referring to your enquiry, if the item that you want to return is deemed faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide you with reply-paid returns address. This means that customer doesn't need to pay for the postage in sending the item to us. At the same time, we will refund fully to the customer via original method including postage fees that you have initially paid when you order the item.

Otherwise, for the change of mind or if the item that you received matches the item that you ordered, customer will shoulder the postage fees in sending the item to be reimbursed through a credit to Ozsale account.
