The customer service from wazza was absolutely incredible the bloke couldn’t do anything more for me very helpful right way through the sale even after it rang to make sure everything fitted and I was happy with my new rims would definitely recommend Ozzy tyres to anyone

Good price,well packed for interstate transport,look great on the car,made quick contact to sort out a small issue with the transport/courier co.
Came with new wheel nuts/lock nuts and hub rings to make a true fit.

Wheels have perfect Fitment and shipped out super fast !! So happy with them... came with really nice lug nuts and was packaged nicely so there was no damage while they were shipped

Range online was good and they shipped fast, though the Hussla wheels aren't great quality and I come to find out that the tries were old and a discontinued model. I dented a rim hitting a small pothole in the city at slower speed. Certainly wasn't fast or hard enough to destroy an OEM wheel. I rang about a warranty or replacement and was told I had to pay full retail, so another $330 for a replacement. Not sure I'd buy wheel/tire packages from them again.

The tyres and mags I brought for my Subaru impreza were awesome, came with everything just had to put them on, good price, quick delivery. Gives my car a whole new look which I love. Overall very very happy with my purchase

Purchased Ozzy Tyres on line from Sydney, quick delivery, rang Bibra Lake store to organise fitting I was told they don’t fit tyres didn’t bother to suggest anyone how could help so disappointing shouldn’t be in the business + didn’t receive free head phones that was a part of the deal

Product is good and a great price, if anything goes wrong though be prepared to do all the chasing up, never ring back when they say they will, ordered a set to rims and tyres, rang over a week later to ask where they are, was told they haven't been sent yet and they couldn't find them without even a phone call to let me know about the delay. Took another week to receive my order which weren't the ones I originally wanted.
Recieved my order confirmation the day after my order arrived. Half the items on the online store they don't have.

Ordered a set of rims and tyres online. Phone service was fantastic, received rims in a couple of days. Found there was a set of allen screws for one of the centre caps missing. I called up, was told I would get a call back. Waited a week and called again. This time the person I needed to speak to was out and would call back. Waited another two weeks. Called again, this time was told I need to submit it in writing using the customer support section on their website, did this but never heard back. Called again a month later after working away. Never got a call back. Used the online form again and still nothing. I ended up sourcing the screws myself. May use Ozzytyres again but will be wary.

Ordered wheels and tyres on a Friday afternoon. Arrived fitted and balanced the following Monday.
Could not be happier with the service from Ozzy Tyres. Promo was honoured. No questions asked.
