Worst experience
I booked to move my car interstate with this company and they don't even deserve 1 star. When I went to drop off the car in Brisbane the company there told me that they don't accept P& S Logistics cars and that was the fourth time that had happened in two weeks. Then was told by Melbourne office of P&S all boats had been cancelled but if I paid $450 more the car could go by road and train. P&S is not even a shipping company and charge more than the ones who actually moved the car! I had no choice but to pay the difference and they lied with telling me a credit card charge wouldn't be added - it was. Use CEVA who actually moved my car.

Thanks for making this an easy process. From the first telephone call, to when it was delivered,
it was smooth sailing. They took care of everything. Any questions I had, they answered. Always
there to help unlike some transport companies. Also a thank you to driver who delivered the car
without a mark on it. These guys are good!

They don’t even deserve 1 star
Do not use this company. Absolutely the worst to deal with. They’ve lied and said the car was in quarantine at their depot then when I questioned them about it they started lying and said it was in transit. Ive been told that cars don’t get quarantined anymore so they’re using it as an excuse for their service. We paid extra for them to drop off at our address but when we said we’ll just collect it from the Depot they wouldn’t give us a refund as they said they’d given us the service, which they haven’t as the car is still sitting somewhere.

We used them to transport boxes which were sent to the wrong address and if it wasn’t for us constantly ringing them, we would have lost the boxes. When I mentioned this to P&S logistics, they just said they use another company so it wasn’t their fault. They accepted our money but once they’ve got your money, they don’t care what happens to your items

worst service ever DOES NOT EVEN RATE AS THERE IS NO MINUS AVAIL
contacted p&s to quote on moving a recent purchase from grays ( read the other review ) in Melbourne to qld back in 18th august 2022 awarded them the job today is the 1st of october 2022 and still no car and no one can advise me where it is WORST COMPANY EVER WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Notice of a 2 months delay and charged pick up cost
After my car was picked up 3 days after order, I was notified that the ship in that month and next month had been omitted and there was no better option than a refund.

Small car delivery Brisbane to Launceston - Depot to Depot
I only gave P&S four stars but it should have been five.
Dropped it off on a Thursday and advised it wouldn't get on the transport until next week as it was not back from Melbourne. No problem, at least I know what was going on. Still managed to be ready for collection in Launceston 10 working days later as per the 9 to 15 days quote. Great service and no damage.
BUT I made a few calls for updates in between and was not happy with the response from one male employee on the 1300 number.
Moral of the story - Ask to speak to one of the ladies if you would like tracking information. THEY were very helpful.

Do not use this company! Scamming company!
It’s really rubbish company. No evidence showing of work and charge $150 cancellation fee directly. How easy is that.:)

Transported 3 cars and all damaged significantly. P&S acknowledged the damage but will not help or pay for this damage.

Unhappy - very unhappy
Should have negative stars!!! worst service, Thieves, unprofessional and dishonest.. accidently left my prescription sunnies in my drop down holder, picked the car up and gone!! Phone holder Gone, and frigin broke the aerial, how aggravating, then when I contacted them about this, refused to do anything, and got a stream of bad immature spiteful responses back.. how can you justify being in business when you treat your customers like this? need to go get some PR skills.. just a bunch of dishonest thieves.. a business to stay away from.. Never again.... prescription sunnies useless to you!! hope you go blind!!!

P&S Car Transport- very satisfied customer
We sent my son’s car to Sydney with P&S Logistics. Start to finish, couldn’t fault it. Booking easy, drop off efficient and friendly. Tracked the car via website and it arrived well ahead of schedule.
Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Disaster - Smashed Window, Extra Charges, No Response
Do not use this company - disaster. My drivers window was smashed while in their care. They then took my car to an unknown location and then charged me an extra $350 for "safe storage" because the car was no longer secure (due to the window that they had smashed). When I said that it was extortion they said take it or leave it and unfortunately I had already left the city so had no choice but to pay and keep going. I had camping gear (mainly a swag) inside the car and paid the extra $115 for personal items upfront which they said over the phone...
Read more was fine. Halfway through the transportation they indicated that they thought there was more personal items than they wanted so charged me extra. The transport provider said that P&S Logistics had insurance and to contact them to put in a claim as the window should be covered. They will not answer my emails or calls even when I rang and emailed the owner to find out how to process a claim. How they are still in business with this culture is anyone's guess. Would recommend, vehicle arrived a few days earlier than expected
I had a change of provider at last minute, but didn't make much of a difference to the end result, just had to get a lift 100km to new pick up location. Good communication and I did have an option to stay with original provider, but due to transport delays I would have had to wait an extra two weeks. Would recommend, vehicle arrived a few days earlier than expected and in same condition that I dropped it off. Transported from Qld to Tas.

Terrible, terrible service.
Car was dropped off to depot in QLD and no condition check was completed and sent to me as the clerk complained that she didn’t want to get wet in the rain and the car was left outside for days until it was collected and sent off. There has been poor to none communication. My booking number was changed without my knowledge and I was not notified of this. I have been told different send off and arriving times of the vehicle to the depot in Adelaide - picked up later than I was told and I was constantly told different days it was collected from the depot in QLD and arrived way later in Adelaide than I was told and wasn’t notified to say it would be later than expected. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had to deal with. The lack of communication is absurd. This service was recommended to me by someone who had previously dealt with you as they had a good experience.
