I have been dealing with this company for half a year now and its safe to say the team at Big Post are sensational and are always on their A game. I can count on them to assist all my needs as they aim to please their customers. A special shout out to Adrian S for letting me bombard him with any issue i have and assisting me as best he can to have it resolved. Customer Service Champions
Efficiency of pick up and drop off is clearly based around the 'can do' attitude of the Big Post customer service team who communicate effectively with freight companies to pick up and deliver within expected time frames. Great rates for interstate 'ugly' and oversize freight. Great going guys !

Door turned up damaged and broken glass.
Product turned up damaged. Sender was forced to refund part of the purchase so I could have it repaired. Very disappointing for both sender and reciever. Told would have to jump through hoops to get product replaced and was on a tight time frame. Door was almost one week late.

Very efficient.
Kevin Ta is my case manager, He helps me, not only my deliveries completed, But he gets out of his way to double check if my parcel has been picked up and delivered. What company does that? Time, price and efficiency is very important. I give Bigpost the thumbs up. The other companies I have used in the past said "Yes truck is coming", It never showed up, on a Friday. That made us loose one of our customers because of poor of service.
Customer had to wait till Tuesday week to receive the item.

Extremely Dissatisfied Customer
I have recently had a very bad experience with this freight forward company.
A parcel being tracked by this company was never received, however they absolve themselves of all responsibility for the loss of my parcel.
The parcel in question have a value greater than $300.
There response to my questioning of it's whereabouts was that it was delivered and probably stolen. Clearly not the response of a reputable company.

This is in contradiction to what is stated on a tracking email I received, which states that if no person is present the goods will be left in a safe location. The perfect option for large freight!
I've been using Big post for the past 12 months to send my product all over Australia. I'm pleased to say that Big post and my account manager there Lincoln are now a valuable asset to my business!

Really disappointing
They sent an email before delivery with hyperlink to track delivery which is really good BUT our experience with the staff is really disappointing. The online tracking estimated that the package will be delivered on Saturday, therefore I immediately emailed them that no one will be at home the next day (Saturday) to receive the post. Before there was an official reply, they delivered it one day early, left a card, informing us to pick up from their depot and will charge for redelivery!!! We have to complain to the seller to get the matter resolved. What a disappointment. We wont even shop with the seller now.

Poor services
Very poor services they said my past will be delivered by 10 of Oct 2022. I wait for all day never give me a phone call. I don't know where's my past now? I need my post to do the business and I lost $500/day by my can't receive the everyday.

Very happy with Bigpost
Have used BigPost now for over 1 year. Extremely happy with service and Price. Web site is very easy to book jobs, drivers always pickup on time and the email service is very prompt. Big thanks to Eleni who made initial signup a breeze and taking care of any issues might have had.

Very Happy Customer With Happy Clients.
Extremely happy so far with the team at BigPost their service has made things so much easier to quote and organised our freight on time. The team is co-operative and responsive and special thanks to Lincoln who has made it so easy to quickly come up to speed using their system and overcome any concerns, keep up the good work.

Excellent service
The customer support provided to new customers was amazing - Lincoln realised that I had not completed my booking on my first attempt booking a pickup, and very quickly contacted me and talked me through the final steps. His initiative and kind professionalism was much appreciated.

Thanks BigPost (and Lincoln)
Quoting and booking in jobs is super simple on the BigPost website. I have found carriers to be exceptionally difficult to contact and resolve issues with in the past.. BigPost solves this issue by acting as the middle man between the carriers and end consumer with excellent customer service. I'm getting the same if not better pricing than previously, but with way better service. Any time I have a question, issue or request I email Lincoln who contacts the carrier and sorts it out quickly and professionally. He even emails with follow ups and updates so that I know what's happening at all times. This makes all the difference!

I have been using Big Post in my business for five years and I cannot fault their service. From their user friendly online booking system and extremely cost effective transport options, to their friendly and responsive Customer Service Team, Big Post have all the bases covered.
I recently had a small issue with one of my pick ups and Savannah dealt with it swiftly and competently with absolute professionalism and no inconvenience to me whatsoever. Bravo Savannah!
I would highly recommend Big Post to anyone looking for hassle free interstate and local transport services.

Nice service with competitive pricing.
Jess is very nice and professional and always ready to help us out. Clear charge with gst and fuel included so makes it easy for sender to charge customers. Abundant depots throughout Australia for customers to collect goods with even more competitive price.

Good Service = Satisfied Customers
Owning a small business and not being satisfied with my previous freight company, i recently signed up and started using Big Post for local and interstate freight. At this point of time I'm completely satisfied, with their service, competitive rates, easy to read paperwork and especially the invoicing. I even get notified (via email) on how the delivery is going and when it's expected to arrive. Not only that, if i need to call someone, i can and if they are not available at the time they always call me back.
