This is a great service because I work full time and won't be home to receive a deliver. This ensure the package was safe and available to me when I would be able to pick up. Just had to show my ID.

Driver didnt drop off my parcel when he stated he did. confirmed with cctv. a second attempt, he.left it at some random newsagent in another suburb!! a complete inconvenience as i had to catch a cab to get there.

Kept informed of progress by e-mail and received in good order. Easy to pick up at the local Priceline Chemist as open hours suitable to me. Customer service courtesy and efficient with handling of goods.

Package arrived on time and in excellent condition, at a secure and convenient location. I will definitely continue to use this service in the not so distant future for the convenience.

The package arrival and delivery info correlated and it arrived on time, which virtually never happens with Aus Post. A very good first time experience with easy to follow updates, keep up the great work, just proves, it's not that hard.

It is a good relief to be able to pick up my parcels in the local area store or newsagency and have relative security that it will be looked after and safe.

It was received before the expected date but the tracking is pointless. All it says is ‘parcel in transit’ but it doesn’t say where exactly it is e.g. in Sydney. By actually letting us track the location would make it better.

Parcel pickup said it was open until 11pm (the reason I chose it). Went to pick up parcel at 9:30pm, Mon 10/2/20 & was closed. The guy didn't care when I told him on pick up.

I only tried to use this company once to post a item back. One week later it is still where i dropped it of, after two phone call complaints and three emails they still have not managed to send my item. Now i will pick the thing up again and post it through Australia Post. I don`t even want to give 1 star rating, they absolutely have wasted my time! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Used parcel point as I was not going to be home. Parcel arrived a day earlier than expected. Pick up was hassle free and easy. A very convenient way of recieving packages when not at home. Would use it again.

This company has been using fake positive review's. I used this service and my parcel was "lost in transit" contacted the help line with zero help from aggressive OS call center staff. I went online to their FB page a was surprised to see nothing but negative reviews that go back years. How can they have so many 5 star reviews with so many people complaining and unhappy with the service. Without a doubt paid fake positive review's, I hope they get caught because it is illegal.

I am a receiver of a parcel which arrived on time as informed. Communication from the sender was spot on and I was happy with the service. Would be happy to order under the same system with confidence.

Parcelpoint is great for people who work full time and don’t want parcels left on their doorstep. Parcel was delivered quickly and I was contacted when it was available to collect. I collected it with ease.

The parcel point collection at the Pharmacy in Steam Mill Lane in Haymarket was quick and easy. The email advising that the parcel was on its way and then that it was ready was within the expected timeframe.

I walked down to the back of the chemist to pick up parcel. Greeted by a lady whom was rude and obviously didn’t want to be there! I produced my code and license she said nothing just walked off to get it. Came back to a different counter and said over here put my license on top and walked away. Worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. The parcel point service was convenient however I will never go back to that store to parcel pickup or anything chemist related for that matter.

Very fast and informative delivery. Emails were sent to inform us of when the package was due to arrive and they were spot on. Easy undercover parking to collect. Far quicker service than Australia Post.

I live in a block of units and work full time, i'm worried that parcels are left outside or being delivered to the wrong unit. Parcelpoint is a great solution, I have my online purchases delivered to my local parcel point location (pharmacy) and have peace of mind that it doesn't get lost. I've used this service a number of times without any issues. Even better than delivering to the local post office, wait lines are much shorter and longer opening hours so i can grab it after work. You get a SMS and email when the parcel is ready to pick up.
