Just writing a big thankyou to all the Staff at Jetpets for the marvellous job they have done during the covidn19 crisis. We had just left Perth and our Ragdoll cat was to be returned with us seven days later, and thanks to the tireless efforts of Tammy, she was able to line up flights to get him home safely and quickly before the services closed. We are so impressed by Danielle and the team at JetPets for their amazing care of our two cats and two dogs, who were transported from Australia to Washington DC in February. We had so many complications that had to be overcome (our fault, not theirs!), including repeated rescheduling our flight bookings, and the JetPets team never failed to be friendly, reassuring, efficient and helped us to avoid massive price jumps when we had to re-book. Our fur babies arrived to us safely after JetPets kept us updated on their progress all the way, and they followed up with us personally to make sure the animals were all in good condition and spirits after their journey. At every turn, they went above and beyond. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We planned to return to NZ from Australia well before CV19, but of course it all rolled out right in the time frame that we were moving.
After 4 flight changes for our 2 Burmese boys, and 6 flight changes for my wife, Jetpets got us there in the end.
We would like to say a big thankyou to all Jetpets staff, noting the efforts of Rachael in Melbourne and Sam in Auckland, we appreciate everything you did to assist us.

Kate & Kaye were both fantastic to deal with, very responsive, professional. Kaye did an exceptional job getting our dog on the last flights to Singapore after mass cancellations with COVID-19. We would have been completely stuck if it wasn't for her. We are extremely grateful for their genuine care.

My experience with Jetpets was amazing. I dealt with Kate Bradley she made the whole process stress free, she answered my thousands of questions and assured me my two furr babies would be okay. The portal was really easy to use and a great tool to track what needed to be done before their flight. The mobile vet that came to our apartment was very thorough and quick. The pick up service was amazing and made everything so easy. I even received photo updates of the kitties before their flight. Our cats arrived safely and are now enjoying their lives in NZ. Importing pets to Australia is practically impossible without help.
Jetpets took an arduous task and made it simple and easy.
They told me exactly what i needed to do, when i needed to do it and verified if i did it correctly.
They gave me step by step instructions and updates all along the way.

It is a stressful experience knowing that you are going to have to put your pet in a cramped cage for such a long time. But jet pets are able to organise bigger cages and answer every question you might have, which helps put your mind at ease.

I would definitely use them again.

We received updates every step of the way when we moved our cat from Australia to new Zealand. Everything was very well organised and we have Niko back with us. He has been looked after very well during his travels and has settled exceptionally well in his new house and country. Very happy!

Our dog arrived after 5h00 in the afternoon and due to poor communication we were standing infront of a locked business with no note or instructions. After a few phone calls we finally got sorted and our dog arrived safely to be taken home the same day.

Jetpets flew our puppy from NSW to WA on 26 Feb. Couldnt have been more pleased with how pup was taken care of and the updates i received about being picked up from breeder right through to the call saying she was ready to pick up. This is the 3rd pup we have brought over with Jetpets
