Saves me so much time and money
Easy to get a quote and so simple to book in jobs. I save so much time having access to multiple carriers in one place and at a great price. Great sms tracking facilities for our customers to keep up-to-date on there delivery.
Staff are very friendly and always return calls and emails quickly.

Great service and follow up
We have been dealing with Big Post for a couple of years now and from day one the customer service and follow up on pick ups and deliveries has been fantastic. Big Post provide a simple and fast way of booking pickups and deliveries better than most I've seen on the market.

Very happy with the service from all Bigpost employees and prices
Packages are collected by their carriers on time, delivered quickly with no hassles and are the best prices we have had access to so far. We have used the carriers they contract to collect items for years, however we were being charged nearly double for each pick up with other companies.
Customer service is outstanding. Always happy to help with our queries and go beyond what is expected. Glad we started using BigPost as it had made selling items through eCommerce easier, cheaper and hassle free. No more anxiety when I see the delivery price pop up.

Great service, easy to use!
After using several freight carriers, we were approached by Jess from BigPost to give them a go. Reluctant at first, we decided to trail a few deliveries with them. They have now become one of our main carriers due to the ease of bookings and Jess's help and quick response when needed. I can truly say that whilst they seem similar to "other" freight brokers, BigPost are certainly a cut above in all the KPIs a business looks for!

Always amazing customer service
We've been dealing with Big Post for about a year now, and they've always been fantastic. Great customer service and always keen to help. Simone in particular was very helpful in a recent incident where one of our customer's parcels was delayed (due to circumstances out of everyone's control), she was very prompt with following it up with the freight carrier and making sure our parcel was found and delivered ASAP. She kept myself and our customer up to date daily, and I'm so appreciative for her help. It was a relief to have her assistance in a stressful situation. Thank you! :-)

No longer trading with Bigpost
I was approached by [Name Removed] from bigpost whilst using others at the time. They found me. I didn’t find them. I thought I would give bigpost a try. I’ve used bigpost for over 4 years. I will not be using bigpost anymore, not by choice but simply because they don’t want my business. It’s fine because it looks like the competitors win more of my business. I will carry on using Temando, transdirect, interparcel, e-go, smartsend just to name a few who have been great with us. E-go / Hunter also offers depot to depot.

worst service
I was expecting delivery within 2days even tracking web page says. But nothing happened every time I call they said it is in transit (Frankston to hoppers I don't know how many days it takes ) .i requested call center people to give me contact details of the driver or someone so, I can pick it up. simple answer for Big post sorry we don't have details we just website.

Excellent service! Friendly, quick responses and very helpful
I had a shipment delivered through Big Post and was very pleased with the service, and wanted to share my experience. The woman I dealt with had such great customer service skills and appeared to be genuinely kind and helpful - this is so incredibly rare these days and I much appreciated the help with my issue.

Slow to deliver and Poor communication
Was expecting delivery of within 3 days of payment. It took 16 DAYS. After numerous phone calls (to Bigpost in Melbourne) and several emails no communication from Toll to say when it would be delivered. Finally came within hours of a somewhat irate call to Melbourne. Was informed by driver that "other jobs were put off in Wellington (NSW) to deliver it" (I live 20k from Wellington) Well guess what?? I don't Care!! If they contacted me I could have picked it up from Wellington (apparently it was there for some time before they finally delivered it)

I just looked up "Wellington Vale" (2371) It is 563.7k from Dubbo. Wellington 2820 (same postcode as Mumbil) is 50 k from Dubbo. Don't they look at postcodes? Maybe that parcel saw more of the country than I have seen?

Poor experience
Disappointed that the sender used this provider. BP couldnt tell me where my package was. It was sent to a regional town not far from a capital city. Was expecting delivery the next day, updates from their customer service was lacking, had promised that they would provide specific info the day after I expected it to arrive. Was also told misleading information. Didn’t have the package In my possession until the 3rd business day. So my customer wasn’t happy. I’ll stipulate Australia Post be used in future.

A breath of fresh air
Ordered a ride on lawn mower on Ebay from Melbourne supplier to an ACT Post Code but rural location. As with most transport (couriers) today, the shipments pass through multiple smaller sub contract deliveries. It's a nightmare, you pay for door to door but the last link in the chain does not want to carry out their delivery destination (quite happy to breach the contract and tell you to drive to their Hume depot and pick up the goods). s instance, I was not about to try and deal with a 500kg consignment by picking it up myself, advised Big Post of the problem and they took care of the issue in a most professional manner to ensure that my door to door delivery was provided as contracted for and paid for. So refreshing after many of the larger courier companies refuse to honor their legal contractual agreement to deliver to the nominated address. Note that Australian consumer laws have just been strengthened to stop this practice from becoming main stream (can no longer say they don't service or deliver to your area)1 comment

Wonderful user friendly service for big and small jobs
Big Post have been a breath of fresh air for our company, I will only use them for all of our logistics needs, whether we are sending or organising offsite pickups, big or small, the customer service team are professional and responsive. The website is very straightforward and will highlight any known issues or delays with certain carriers, so it's easy to avoid issues from the get go. Special thanks to Alan Tran who signed us up and trained our team on best practices, he is always a reliable point of call and quite literally "puts the Tran in Transport". I recommend Big Post every time.

Very competitive prices, no underlying charges - what your quoted is what your charged. By far the easiest portal to use, print all your labels and organise pickup so simply. Fast and friendly service, if we have a question it is solved quickly via a quick email or telephone, no sitting on the phone or waiting 2 days for a reply. Thanks Big Post for your service.

Don’t ever use this service!!
This company is horrible, rude customer service, lied to me about delivery. My products were damaged!! Spoke to a rude lady by the of [Name Removed] who hanged up the phone twice!!! Horrible horrible experience never again in my life. I will make sure nobody ever uses your services again

BOUTIQUE COMPANY WITH BOUTIQUE SERVICE TO MATCH
After having spent far too many years dealing with the big boys directly like Toll, TNT etc and having terrible service and non existent pick ups I decided to go about looking to deal with a third party freight company instead in the hope that there would be more personalised service and accountability. Enter Big Post, and they certainly have not let us down. If there are issues they are addressed promptly and efficiently. It's nice to finally have an avenue to organise our freight whereby there is a level of care and professionalism not seen when dealing direct with the larger organisations.

Extremely Happy I Switched To Big Post
Love the user friendly website. It saves so much time to be able to save your products weights & dimensions for quick quotes. It has improved customer service being able to advise freight costs so quickly. The staff are a great team. They have always been extremely efficient & helpful every time I have contacted them.
