Best seller ever
I've been a customer of PD for a while but the other day I had the best experience ever with PD. I bought a 64gb gold iPhone 6+ with express postage and insurance. The order came on time as always with PD. Upon opening the package I noticed that the iPhone was right but it was the 128gb. I rang them straight away as I'm an honest customer and told them they had made a mistake. They informed me that the order was correct and because I have been a valued customer they gave me a FREE! Upgrade to the 128gb. It pays off to be a good customer. You will never get this from a retailer like JB.

Unbelievable Service Great delivery time
Originally told the phone would be delivered on the 9th of November as it had sold out. It came on the 30th of October. This was for a very hard to get phone that sold like hot cakes. I wish everyone would over estimate their time of delivery instead of over promise and under deliver. Well done. Will buy again when time to upgade.

Rude staff, arrogant and do not deliver what they promise
Ordered a mobile on a certain day, gave them a deadline to achieve, they advised they could achieve it, get to the deadline day, the product is nowhere to be seen,
ring them up, and the staff laugh and do not seem to care, when i am paying top dollar for a product- I EXPECT SERVICE.

Great service, honest about delivery times
I had an excellent experience ordering a Blackberry Passport with Personal Digital. I had previously attempted to buy it through Yatango, however the what seems to be a common tactic of electronic retail websites of saying it was 'In Stock' when it wasn't occurred and I was repeatedly advised it would be shipped tomorrow, when it never was.

Good price and product on hands
After my deception with android enjoyed I found the same phone for a similar price on this shop. Both on the chat online and on the phone they said it was possible to get it in loco, as they had it on stock, although just the white version. Went there, waited some time and got away with the phone. Both on the phone and in person I noticed that they can be hard to deal with, but after a while the vendor became friendly and gave me good informations. Great service
I ordered a JBL PlayUp speaker which shipped quickly to me in NZ. Unfortunately the speaker was dead on arrival, so after a quick phone call and return of the faulty speaker another was on the way. Replacement works well - very happy with the speaker and service.

Can't make contact for faulty product
I bought a Samsung tablet which should still be under warranty.The screen has gone blank and the Samsung shop says it is a hardware problem - return to point of purchase.Over the last few weeks I have called Personal Digital numerous times and left a message and also emailed with no response. It wasn't even cheaper than anywhere else. They seemed pleasant enough when I purchased but now seem to have disappeared. I shall wait and see but otherwise shall just have to 3purchase again but from somewhere more reliable.
I have now been contacted and they have asked me to bring the tablet in for them to have a look.

I ordered a tablet to be delivered by express service and called them as well and they said that I would receive it on a particular day; However on the day of the expected delivery, I rang them as I had not received any email to say that they had even posted the item . I was told that they had been very busy and had not gotten to posting it (with the person giggling at the same time); And when I politely reminded him that I had paid for express delivery, he said that I could have my money back, without any apologies/explanation !

Note, their website states that a full refund including shipping if you cancel the order before the item has shipped, and full refund minus shipping if you cancel after the item has shipped. Which makes sense, and I totally agree with it.
I contacted these guys on the availability of an item that they confirmed was in their Sydney warehouse. I placed an order, and a couple days later, when the status on their website had still stated that it wasn't shipped, I cancelled because I decided to buy local rather than grey import which they sell.

Excellent service
The service was great. I phoned the company and my order was looked after by [name removed]. He was very helpful, even made the order on line for me to save me doing it. He estimated the delivery would be the next day - I was very sceptical! The mobile phone arrived within 24 hours as promised, really great service.
Easy to talk to and professional sales rep. He completed the order and the delivery was made exactly as promised.

I found personal digital through eBay and since they were close to my work then I decided to check them out and give them a try. I bought my HTC Desire first from them and then few days later I bought another four for friends of mine and since then I can say safely I have purchased over 200 phones off them over the span of 5 years as I tend to change my phones frequently and I have never ever had an issue with dealing with any of the personal digital team. Fast shipping for direct import product
I was pleasantly surprised, when I ordered on Friday, and got my handset deliver from Hong Kong on Tuesday following week. Despite some negative review, I did not have any trouble with this seller. When there was a payment error with my previous order, they were quick to contact me to offer to fix the issue, which I opted to get full refund, with no hassles.

Worst customer support, misleading information and waste of time
Worst site I've ever dealt with, upon paying, they decided to mark the order as fraud, this i understood however, they decide to ignore my emails and my continued question on the livechat at why it is marked as fraud when the money is in their account with my paypal account. liver on wednesday, I asked for the tracking number because this was odd as i was at home for the whole week sick and they said there wasnt one. Conclusion? Customer support is [censored word removed] and doesnt provide any information at all, they try to delay (total of 2 weeks) when on the order pages it says estimated delivery times of 1-3 days, the provide false information to cover their back. Mr James and his associate from MALAYSIA had visited our website and purchased a $1200 mobile phone. They paid using a Malaysian card and wanted the items delivered to Australia. Immediately our fraud system came up with a very high rating for fraud as Malaysia is a known hub for fraud cards and the Buyers IP address was Malaysian and shipping address Australia. We told Mr James as per our and MOST banks policies to provide additional information to do with identification requirements with this transaction. He provided this to us, and we had sent it to the relevant department for processing. This took MUCH longer than it normally does and even after 10 days of processing we were advised that we (personal digital) need to continue at our OWN RISK. This means that if the card was being used by anyone other than the card holder or the card holder disputed the transaction we would be out of pocket by $1,200. After this we then refunded Mr James's Malaysian associates Malaysian credit card the full amount and the transaction was never completed. We are sorry about this, but we cannot take the risk in such situations where the card billing address is in Malaysia and the shipping address is in Australia. We hope this explanation help people understand the situation here. We are sorry about what happened with Mr James because it was a lose lose situation for both parties.
