PowerPro Active FC8635/71

My vacuum has started making a squealing noise when I turn it on or off. Otherwise it seems to be working alright. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. I reviewed this vacuum and really love it a part from this.

I have not had this problem. I have only owned my vacuum cleaner a few months though and use it about once a week, It's still in Brand new condition.

Hi Liz, since your vacuum cleaner works perfectly, and the only concern is the squealing sound whenever you turn off or on the unit, could you please check the following:
1. Please make sure all comp...

Read moreonents are properly intact together as the sound could be coming from the small gaps from the tube or heads 2. Hepa Filters should be replaced as per manual or best to try to clean it first. 3. Check filters if they have any damages.
