I purchased this product HX9954/56 sometime 2018. Cleaning teeth well has never been that easy before. Lately I noticed some loud vibration noise. I decided to contact the care centre. Thanks to Ivan & Karen A, I was told that warranty is still valid, and they will sending a replacement. The whole process was quick and easy.

Caused Enamel wear on tooth and at routine checkup, dentist advised to stop using this ASAP
I purchased one of these 5 months ago and even though I've used it properly, Philip's promised oral care ended up being the opposite and apparently could have led to major issues if I'd kept using it. What's worse is that I called the customer care team and they wanted me to pay to 'go to a doctor to get scans' to send them before they would even have anyone look into it. (I knew they meant dentist but it was such a cop-out as 1. you can't 'scan' the enamel I think, and 2. it means they what me to shell out over $120 just so they will look at ...

The rep was nice but the company policies don't care about customers at all, even when we trusted them enough to buy the apparently highest quality product they had. After calling Myer after, the rep said due to Philips' return policy, they highly recommended I lodge an official complaint against them with Consumer Affairs.. which takes even more time. Such a poor experience, AVOID PHILIPS. I know after this experience, from having a preference for their products, I will actively avoid as they don't even (actually) care about their customers when the products are not as advertised and go on to actually cause health issues.

This toothbrush is amazing! I have sensitive teeth and was afraid the brushing will be too aggressive when using any function other than Sensitive. After trying, I can say I use all functions with no issues. My teeth feel clean and polished and this feeling continues for much longer than when using my previous toothbrush.

Read moreasily buy an adapter. All in all, I have only been using Sonicare for a couple of weeks, but so far - it has been perfect. Not to forget the price is less than half the RRP, which makes this purchase even better. Highly recommended.

Great performance - the best to compare with any electric toothbrushes I had (Philips and non Philip
We had several Philips Sonicare models in the past years.
This one with no doubts is the best in terms of the actual performance of the toothbrush.
This is the main plus of all these particular set of new models.
The rest of the features like an ability to communicate with the mobile device is from mine point of view a little bit premature (however it is definitely the right way to go!). Would be nice if the algorithm behind censors could workout more precise the real place where the brush head is working (currently it is only defining up...

The only real issue for me with this feature is unfortunately not reliable connection with mobile. A new charging base is an interesting designers solution. One thing I am missing from one of the previous models is ultraviolet disinfection storage case.

A bit pricey, paid a fortune to get this product, but so in love with it. so Pretty. Tried with my airfloss, I think I might not need to see a dentist for a very long time. Highly recommended
