Incredible assistance
The assistance I received on the phone was second to none. The operator was calming, reassuring and knowledgeable. The actual claim I was phoning about was settled in 15 minutes. I am so glad we have this extended warranty.

This warranty is great to have for peace of mind.
Good value as it is actually covering what it says it will cover, some warranty don't and have loopholes to get out of covering what they promise.

Excellent Service - Cannot fault this company absolutely great to deal with
Yes you are reading correct, nearing the end of our new car warranty we were asked if we wanted to take out this policy. I ummed and arred for the $2,500 approx cost but it was a policy where you never think you are going to ever need it, it was a reassurance if something was to go wrong we were covered. Well a bit of trouble with the compressor in the rear and air springs, both covered. Excellent service and their claims process is SUPER FAST. Thank you Presidian for making our claim "so easy" yes I said "so easy".

I’ve been very satisfied with this policy.
I’ve had to claim on my policy 3 or 4 times in nearly 2 years. All except one claim was acccepted and I understand the reason for rejecting the one. It was ax reasonable decision. Some claims took a few days to be accepted but over time and by taking my car to the same repairer I think the process is getting faster (?). Keeping my service records uploaded to the Presidian site is essential but easy to use. I wouldn’t hesitate to take out another policy with another second hand car.

Simple, easy & efficient
Emailed to claim and had an absolute breeze of an experience and it was sorted within a couple weeks! Was genuinely worried to make a claim as we had never done anything like this before but this is what we paid for so we are really happy to have had such a great experience.

Very easy to deal with in a great timely manner
We bought the policy through the car yard. It has paid for us above and beyond now, the claim took less than a week to get settled, and they kept me informed throughout the process.

Presidian is amazing. They are always available to assist in the event of breakdown.
I just had only one claim but it is very quick from the presidian the only thing is mechanic took it long to order the part but nothing wrong from presidian.
