Terrible and Unprofessional
They will be all nice to you until you sign the lease and then they will show you their true colors. Repairs to apartments will never be done on time. There won't be hot water in the building for 3-4 days and that issue will go on repeating throughout the year.
And finally when you've had it and decide on leaving they will try to keep as much of the bond as possible. In my end of lease inspection, the agent left out a lot of minor issues that he wanted to use to deduct the bond amount and also mentioned a lot of preexisting defects like marks...Read more
on the walls which were left by the earlier tenant ( which were documented when I had moved in). The tenant is also responsible for minor damage caused by internal water leaks or a cabinet door whose glue has worn off apparently. This is by far the worst real estate agency I ever came across.
PIA Real estate agency - The worst agency I ever came across. Reluctant to do any repair. If you call them, they ask you to put in writing. When you write to them they ask you so many questions, you might as well just get an outside contractor to have the repair done.

Terrible property sale service
The agent (in Sydney Olympic Park) after you paid 10% property money, the service is terrible. As the property has tenant live there, so it is important to final inspection where is vacant, but agent ignoring the central air conditioner not power on which was working at first inspection, and doesn’t check the storage room which occupied, locked without key. In a 2bedroom 2 bathroom unit only has one building access key, Not say unit door key. Reject contact pre tenant or give me contact number to solve storage locker.

If you don't keep tenants the return on investment is currently zero
Rudeness, and failure to respond characterises the property management. It took me 3 months to get a remote for the garage door and I was charged $150. Now it doesn't work and A month has passed with still no replacement.
Cheap products are cheap for a reason.

They will do anything to cheat you you of an extra dollar. Many hidden fees.
Left us without hot water for 3 weeks. And trying to vacate a property was far more difficult then it should be.

After being the perfect tenant for 3.5 years (and during which time had multiple inflated rental increases which they refused to review) I finally had enough and gave my notice to not renew my lease. Why you should not trust PIA
I wish I had looked up this site before I moved in.
I had been at a property in Baulkham Hills for 5 years, and despite wear and tear they try to blame you for the carpet stains and marks on the wall that were from previous tenants. Even though I had taken photos of everything when I first moved in and even sent it to Jack Yang, I got no response.

Beware
Tried to withhold my bond of nearly $2,000 claiming there has been $1,850 of incident under my name until I lodged a court case against them and they returned it quickly afterwards plus denying any attempts to take advantage of me.

Tenants stay away
Aug '19 Much along lines of all these reviews.When finally sent someone to fix a problem they were so young and inexperienced it was useless.All in all a very unpleasant experience-could not wait to move out.It was then that they threatened to keep the bond money because a dishwasher which was not working for three month and they had not sent repairman to fix it.Typical Chinese business!

aying customer, it doesn't matter. - We need to do an end of lease cleaning for our 6 months lease. All their referred cleaning companies are booked out and one has declined last minute. So we were advised to look for our own cleaner to do an end of lease cleaning. - On a Monday, the property manager did the inspection a day after our lease has ended. My husband has to skip work and wait for her. He was there before 2PM and the property manager arrived almost 3PM. During the final inspection, there were hooks on the walls for our wedding photos and family pictures, we used the Command pull off hooks and some blutac. When my husband tried to pull off one hook, the paint came off with it there was a tiny cardboard showing. So we got scared cos it is not meant to do that. The property manager saw the result and advised not to remove the rest of the hooks because the walls are of cheap quality and it is expected to come off. She said the cost would be $200 to have someone take off the hooks. My husband's blood pressure went up. He missed work and was charged extra more. He doesn't even want to talk to the property manager anymore because it gives him anxiety! - We suggested how about we try first and then if some come off without any damage then maybe we can get a cheaper rate. She told me again that it is highly likely gonna get damaged. I don't understand why because we have been using these hooks and they come off really well. One of the inspectors even suggested we complain to the manufacturer of the hooks because it is not working properly. LOL. We asked for a better rate, she said not possible as call out fee is expensive. When we expressed that we don't have the money she said you can look for your own tradie, come pick up the keys in Olympic Park and return it after. That was Thursday night, we can't skip our work on a Friday to do all this. What a nightmare! - I called their trunkline and spoke to the operator about or dilemma. We already paid for cleaning fee, then now we are paying for the hooks. We expressed how little support we got from the company. We know this amount is not big for them but for us it is. Moving houses is stressful, you got to pay for removalists, pay a deposit to the new house. Pay for the cleaning services of the old houses etc. We were hoping that because this is their line of business, they would understand. BUT there was no empathy, no compassion, no alignment, no acknowledgment, no nothing. The operator said, let me transfer you to the customer service department for your complaint. I said I am not complaining I am crying for help. Then she said - oh sorry they are actually busy and will just return your call. I dropped the phone and was shaking with disappointment. They have the most unhelpful lease agents. If you live around Carlingford, Showcase is way way way so so so much better. The Property Managers are not helpful, even the operators or the customer service department. When you lodge a complain, the operator will tell you that the CUST SVC department is busy and that they will call you back. If you can't pick up the call because you are making a living to pay their excessive charges, they will not send an email followup. They are not keen to help a commoner like us. Avoid, RIP off
If you can, avoid Renting or Buying through PIA. they will rip you off at the end of the rent. They had blocked paint in the kitchen sink when I rented a brand new property and they outrageously invoiced me $400 to remove their fault. AVOID these people

This Agency is the worst
I had a huge problem in my apartment the day I moved in. For 1 month I had to bear all the dusts.My newly bought stuffs were all dusty and they did not transfer me to another unit too.
First thing is there was molds in the walls which they did not check before handing over the keys to me.

This agent will do anything to cut your bond money. If you are a tenant, they expect you to return their property like a brand new built apartment although you lived in for 5 years. Stay away from this agent to avoid losing your money. I would avoid them. They want 30% of my bond for a few minor stains when the paint is at least 5 years old, same goes for the carpet. Besides, they also try to scam you out even when your contract has already expired.

Poor quality
I am not working for another agent and try to damage PIA reputation. I bought a investment property from them.
Firstly, before purchase the property, I had a few questions regarding the builder and the QA. The sales person didn’t clarify the detail and gave general answer. I thought maybe Some info was sensitive and was not able to fully share with the clients.
My apartment was competed more than six months late of the initial settlement date.

Worst worst agent!!!!
I have been having the worst experience with PIA. Agents are all irresponsible and rude. Refuse to fix the defaults of the unit and blame me for everything. It is impossible to reach the agent unless they want to contact you regarding raising rent. Many other tenants living in the same building have similar complaints to PIA. I wish i can give them zero star.
