They will be all nice to you until you sign the lease and then they will show you their true colors. Repairs to apartments will never be done on time. There won't be hot water in the building for 3-4 days and that issue will go on repeating throughout the year.

This company is revolting and I will tell anyone who will listen.
After being the perfect tenant for 3.5 years (and during which time had multiple inflated rental increases which they refused to review) I finally had enough and gave my notice to not renew my lease. I wish I had looked up this site before I moved in.
I had been at a property in Baulkham Hills for 5 years, and despite wear and tear they try to blame you for the carpet stains and marks on the wall that were from previous tenants. Even though I had taken photos of everything when I first moved in and even sent it to Jack Yang, I got no response.

They have the most unhelpful lease agents. If you live around Carlingford, Showcase is way way way so so so much better. The Property Managers are not helpful, even the operators or the customer service department. When you lodge a complain, the operator will tell you that the CUST SVC department is busy and that they will call you back. I had a huge problem in my apartment the day I moved in. For 1 month I had to bear all the dusts.My newly bought stuffs were all dusty and they did not transfer me to another unit too.
