A well set-up website with plenty of help when you need it with very quick response times. Got a good price with minimum outlay. Suggest sellers pay a little more to bump up their listing.

As a first time user for my rental property I strongly recommend using PropertyNow. Their website is so easy to use, changes can easily be made and the listing is on multiple websites. Extremely easy to manage with all enquires and applications via email. This is a great way to advertise a property for rental or sale and I will definitely be using them again

I had enquiries almost immediately and soon had a tenant moving in after 2 home opens. Great site as all required forms available and having advice on hand. I think I received a better calibre of enquiries than previously with gumtree and the like.

We listed our property on Property Now. It cost $235 and we got 2 enquiries. We also listed on Gumtree for free and in a shorter time frame got 25 enquiries and our new tenant. I don't recommend landlords use this for rentals and will not use them again.

I saved $$ selling my property myself through this website on agents commissions and unnecessary advertising fees. And also you can organise the inspection times at buyers convenience time. Of course you need to do some market researches to get the right value of your property. I do recomend it. Very well organised and easy to work.
