Beware of size details. My first and last purchase from Pure zone. I bought a bamboo sheet set. The size on the package stated --- Fitted sheet 152x203x40 mine was 162x220xx45

I bought these at Harbour Town while on holiday and as I live in a country area 250 klo away it was too far to return them. I contacted the store to explain but to no avail. This is false information on the packaging and I am checking with the ACL to find out if this is allowed.

This place seems to have a lot of faulty items, I had 3 of them! They appear to not want to give refunds on faulty items and seem to do everything possible not to! The head office has the most appalling customer serice and a terrible attitude. I can not believe how I was spoken to by the guy at head office. After arguing with me for 5 minutes I was told 'do you know what, have your refund' and then got hung up on. Exceptional customer service!!!! Oh and ask them where and who makes their items.

I recently moved out of home and had to buy new sheets and towels. First of all, the service at the store was more than helpful. We were shown around the store and recommended products that suited our needs.

I bought the bamboo sheets and they are just incredible. So soft and great quality. The towels are great too. Really soft but still good absorbency.

Will definitely be shopping again.

For as long as I can remember Pure Zone has been my go-to for bed linen, towels and presents. I love how they always have new and exciting patterns & products and i can always rely on Pure Zone when I need something.

We have just stocked up our whole house with bed sheets and towels! Kids are loving to super soft towels and we are so pleased with the bamboo sheets ! They are so soft! I highly recommend everything pure zone have to offer!

Thank you Veronica at Pure Zone - Uni Hill. My faith has been restored as I wasn't confident after reading earlier review. I have purchased numerous items from there over the last couple of years and have been happy. Yesterday I was able to return a faulty doona cover as well as exchange a second one all without the original packaging. I did however have my receipt! I am very thankful that I was able to do so. I chose a couple of other doona covers as replacements and my kids love the new covers. Thanks Veronica for making it a relative easy process. I'll be back soon'ish to buy a Jersey sheet set.

I ordered the sheet set online and it was delivered really quickly. It's hard to tell exactly what they'll be like from the online photos. They are the softest sheets I've ever owned. I also think PureZone is a bit cheaper for the quality than some of the other brands online.

Love Pure Zone. Can't believe the harsh comments. Have always shopped at the dfo store near the airport. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. I purchased from there again only last week for my new bed. The staff member named Judith was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me select the colour scheme to match my room. I even purchased some great gifts as they had an amazing promo going. Will always go back there to shop.

I went to DfO in Homebush, Sydney when it was there and bought some summer cotton sheets. I was really happy with them and they are still fresh to get into at night a few years down the track. I was happy with the service there but was disappointed to find NSW now doesn't have a store. I bought flannelette sheets online and have been happy with the nice thick quality and no trouble with delivery, in fact it arrived in about one week. I will be using online again, although I do like to feel quality before I buy.

My mum bought 4 lots of wool quilts at Harbour town DFO today but one of her friends told her that this quality is not good. My mum came back to the shop in 20 minutes and asked if she could refund one lot of wool quilt. The staff was very rude and told us that no refund is allowed. We asked if there are any other options. Her answer was "No" and showed us the notice that no refund is allowed at this shop. After that the staff ignored us and refused to talk to us.

I wont shop with them again.

I bought a set of sheets commercially and love the soft smooth feel of the percale sheets. So much so that I've sought out the website to buy more. I can't comment on the service, but the feel of these sheets is unlike anything I've had before.
