We wanted our dishwasher fixed- we paid upfront (the same $294.00 figure as the others) and got no service whatsoever other than simply turning up. Their scam is to get money upfront, merely turn up and do nothing, keep the money and then say to anyone who queries them, we turned up, so they do not have to provide a refund. This crook said he would ruin our credit rating- pure scum. Stay away from these shysters!!

Rapid appliance repair is terrible. Poor behaviour on behalf of all staff, and did not resolve my issue. Overly charged prices too!

4 days after inspecting my fridge and confirming the broken hinge I had reported (Melbourne office, closes at 1 pm EST Friday) I was told the part was no longer manufactured so I needed a new fridge. Still charged $294 quoted to repair! Got no response to emails and manager”not available” when called. Beware!!! Credit card details required at booking so little recourse, confirmed by Consumer Protection! So just Do not use this company.

I was really impressed with this service. The technician was at my door in no time.... assessed my dryer and was honest about it not being worth repairing since parts were more expensive then the machine.
The technician got right on his phone and ordered a new dryer for me while I was still adjusting to the fact that I will have to ask my neighbor if I can please use their dryer.
To add to my delight, the new dryer arrived afew days later....they took the old dryer away, installed the new one and laundry is being washed without hassles!!

Called Rapid Appliance Repairs to fix my condenser dryer because your company advertises same day service. Technician did more damage than anything else. Dryer is not fixed and I am presently out of pocket for almost $300 because your people in accounts debited my credit card before the work was completed. Disgraceful, disgusting and completely dishonest. I am almost $300 out of pocket for the privilege of having my dryer more badly damaged than it was before anyone came over to supposedly service it.

Took money from my card instantly wouldn’t come to my address To rural 15 mins from M1 told up to 3 days for my money to be cleared back to my account

Told them the problem plus make and model of washing machine, yet when the tech arrived he said he knew nothing about the problem prior to arrival and then left 15 minutes later saying he couldn't help. I have called them 6 times to complain and speak to someone however appears whoever runs this crap company doesn't care

Tom was very helpful for his advice and great service, with informative progressive text messages regarding prompt delivery. The appliance was installed efficiently in a courteous manner shown by the guys. Excellent service.

$50 charge for making a booking even when cancelled moments later. Wouldn’t refund it. Wanted to sell us a new machine even before seeing our existing. Steer clear!!

Our Freezer was not working, we called Rapid - they were fast and efficient. As soon as the tech arrived he spent quality time on the machine and advised it was not worth repairing. They then offered a New machine with 3 Years warranty way less than any store! I bought the Freezer, it was delivered and installed, my old one removed. BEST SERVICE EVER !
