I lost 7 kgs by using it two or three times a day and drinking heaps of water,,,, had a emotional speed bump and went back to eating lunch and sometimes dinner, put some of the weight back on, I will be going back to my wonderful shakes,, only have the chocolate its my fav but to be very honest its the best shake on the market

I used to love the chocolate shake, but they've changed the recipe and now it's as overly sweet as all the other shakes on the market. - Disappointed. Please go back to the old recipe or take more sugar/sweetener out of this one. If I have to drink shakes so disgustingly sweet there are cheaper ones out there.

The original was great. It was the only nice tasting shake, out there. But now it's disgusting. It tastes a lot sweeter, and has a really bad after taste. Don't fix, what ain't broke. Don't stop selling the original......please!

Use to be the best tasting shake on the market(beleive me ive tried them all!) But now its gross! I spat it out thinking my milk had gone off but soon realised it was the new taste to 30% less sugar. Will not be purchasing again!

I’ve tried vanilla & chocolate. The chocolate stated on the item that they are now with 30% less sugar and yet 28.8% sugar in 100 gm average serving is still too much, especially for a diabetic. I am very disillusioned with this product. Yes it tastes great but I’ve had no weight loss with 4 jars of the stuff & I’ve been very careful to follow all instructions.

I have been doing Rapid Loss for about 1.5 weeks now... at first I was loosing weight started at 113kg lowest I got to was 111kg now I am back up to 113kg. I feel very bloated. Which is not how I felt in the first few days I felt great. But during the 1.5 weeks in about Day 7 I got my period (sorry TMI) I’m hoping it’s that making me feel bloated but it’s not normal for me to be bloated for any more then 3 days I now been bloated for about 5 days. Anyone else experience this?

The chocolate shake (and probably the others too) has 27,6 grams of sugar per serve. This is almost 7 teaspoons!! The World Health Organization recommends 6 teaspoons a day. Sugar turns into fat in the body very quickly, so it's highly unlikely to lose weight on this program.

I tried the chocolate flavor, it tasted very good but after a hour or so i am feeling

I love the rapid loss chocolate. I have it as a meal replacement with water & banana blended in the shake, bringing it to approx 240-250 calories. Quick, easy, tasty, and a sure fire way to lose weight. I've lost 10 kilos so far! It also curbs my chocolate cravings!

I was lucky enough to receive this product as a bonus for purchasing Fatbaster tablets. I did NOT use these as directed, instead, I used them as a snack if I felt hungry and couldn't afford too many calories on a snack. I found the chocolate flavour very tasty and as it thickened, very filling.

I've tried all different shakes on the market. I bought the chocolate shake from Coles. I mix with water because any shakes mixed with milk make me feel sick & bloated. I couldn't believe the taste... so yummy! Keeps me feeling full for so long. Finally onto a winner

whenever I pile on kilos I just get rapid loss chocolate to shake them off. It takes of the hunger and cravings away and I start seeing the results first week that I started to use. very reliable

I've been taking the chocolate shakes for two weeks now and haven't lost a kilo, I'm not sure why it's not working? I see the ads on to showing people losing 50 odd kilos in a year and yet I can't lose a kilo

The Shakes are delicious! I love the chocolate one. I add ice and lite milk with the shake into a blender. And it's like a chocolate thick shake! Tastes amazing. Only two things wrong with it; firstly, it costs $39.99 a tub (but coles/woolies/priceline have it half price sometimes which is great!) And secondly, it only works as long as you are following the diet program properly.

I tried both chocolate and vanilla and it was horrible, nothing like a thick shake. I did fill me up but was an absolute battle to finish the shake due to the taste. Tried it with water, skim and full cream milk and made no difference. Needless to say both tubs went straight in the bin. I don't know how they can get away with calling it choc and vanilla flavour, the only similarity is the colour

Taken it for a week and lost 1kg so far. Chocolate flavor is tasty and will definitely be stocking up on these!

I don't know about you, but rapid loss has been amazing for me, so cheap! so great, it not only taste great but the main thing, it helped me loss oh so much weight and iv only been on it for about 2 weeks! amazing, although I have been taking weight loss pills along side as well. take 2 table spoons of it, if your really looking to loss weight FAST then only add water in your shake no milk. iv been using the chocolate flavour, I will try the other ones soon though
oh, and please don't worry about the first week. if your not losing weight for the first couple of days, or week don't stress. it will take a while for it to actually fully get used to.
