what is the recommended maximum amount of meal replacement shakes per day for maximum weight loss ?
1 answer
Its so yummy I can do 3 or 4 a day exclusively, then you would loose weight because you would only be taking in 1000 cal, 3 a day is about 800 cal, so with a bit of exercise it falls off, but make it like a thick shake with ice to thicken it up, to me it tastes like a thick shake from maccas best of luck Kirsty,, you can do it gurl !!!

Just starting, recommend by a friend.
I have a minimum of 5p kg to loose.
Can I mix it with water?
Cheers Froggy

Yes I don't like milk and only mix with water. These are by far the best shakes for those who prefer water with shakes. Great taste and thick mixture.
Hi froggy, l have always only used water as milk was too heavy for me,l like my shakes
Hot.especialy on cold days.just before the kettle boils,is how l use the water,l just love it,
Hope this helps. The shakes are great with Milk or Water.

I have been using Rapid Loss at breakfast for many years and I can’t say I have lost weight, but I always felt full. It appeared I started to put on weight but I realised I was extremely bloated so I stopped using Rapid Loss and in less than a month the bloating has disappeared and I just wondered what other serious issues using Rapid Loss could occur

Hi .. I just want to say WOW .. I’ve been on many healthy journeys in my time .. This is the first Shake that I have successfully continued with .. The flavours are amazing and I feel satisfied.. I have two shakes a day in place of main meals .. Breakfast and lunch .. For my dinner I normally have salad with salmon or lean cuisine meals .. They are portioned and I actually feel satisfied... I do however eat green grapes in between as I find they help me with my sugar cravings .. I generally have about 15 a day throughout the summer months ... and I have a banana with my morning shake ... I also have a few strawberries .. not everyday unlike the grapes .. My question to you? Are green grapes okay to eat as a snack in between my Rapid Loss Shakes? I do understand that the selected fruits are Bananas, Apples and Oranges ... I’m not able to eat apples .. The other two yes I can ... Since my healthy journey which I much prefer to describe it opposed to the “D” {diet} word.. it does not work with my mind set these days hence the reason I’m motivated and enjoying my healthy journey .. On the weekend I enjoy a day of not focusing on drinking the shakes .. They call it a cheat day these days .. I’m not overly indulgent.. I find it keeps me on track .. Thankyou Rapid Loss

Can you use rapid loss whilst on warfarin, does it have vitamin k in it ?. I was using optifast for a few weeks and my INR levels dramatically increased because of vitamin k and I had to stop. I am trying to find a diet shake that does not have or is extremely low in vitamin k.

Hi, I just took a look on the label in the Nutrition section and found that this product does have Vitamin K in it.
Per Serve the amount outlined on the label is 11% ESADDI (Estimate Safe and Adequate Daily Dietary Intake)
Per Serve includes 200mls of skim Milk and 41 grams of Rapid Loss Powder.
Hope this Helps.
Best to confirm with your Doctor or compare to the previous product you used.
Good Luck!
Thank you for responding, I really appreciate it.

How long for delivery ?
3 answers
Be wary of this company. Slow delivery and overcharges. The company also bills for products you don’t buy, and hangs up on you when you try and resolve. Also note that many of the positive reviews are fake and posted by employees of the company. This company is not ethical and should be investigated by the corporate regulator.
My order came in 4 days
I bought mine on line direct from Rapid Loss - had a deal 2 for price of 1 - I got 4 & each only cost about $14, delivery was fast within 5 days of ordering. Cannot complain at all, will put on another review after a few weeks of using but so far so good!!
