I have been on Rapid Loss three days and have the most embarrassing loud gas and burbling belly. Then today to add a bit of extra embarassment i had a bad bout of the runs. I just had a question though, as I had a Kidney Stone recently (which are caused by too much calcium) and I have never had one before (and never want another one - oucchhhhh). I was just wondering after looking at the amount of calcium in a serve of rapid loss (with skim milk) if this could be why I got a Kidney Stone. Would you say that Rapid Loss is high in Calcium ? Your Rapid Loss tub should just open if you twist the lid in an anti-clockwise direction? Maybe try and ask a super strong friend to help if you still can't get it open, they usually twist off quite easily!
