When you are using the JIVE ² seat liner, you should be able to fold as per normal. We advise that the seat is fully upright and in the forward-facing position. When the seat is fully tucked in, you may need to apply pressure to the tip of the leatherette handlebar to lock the frame.

Thank you for your question. The 5 point harness clip does require you to place the clasps into the centre circle buckle and the press or 'click' the clasp back to lock it in place. I have added a video below for you:

Thank you for your question, this doesn't sound like normal wheel function as they should continue to roll on different terrain (within reason) and shouldn't become stuck or be off the ground if you are on a flat surface.

Thank you for your question. The 5 Point harness buckle on the Redsbaby JIVE2 requires you to place the buckle into the circle clasp and then you need to press down (or towards where baby sits) to lock the clip into place. Thank you for your question. We haven't changed the attachments from the existing 2016/17 versions of the JIVE so they are compatible. Thank you for your question. The Redsbaby JIVE and METRO are designed to be easy to use and easy to clean. Each of the material components is removable and each has their own care label to follow. We can recommend the seat liners as an easy way to keep the seat unit clean and the liners are easily removable and washable.

Thank you for your question. The JIVE main seat does recline to three different levels however, the second toddler seat sits in a static semi-reclined position. I hope this helps :)

If you are referring to the second toddler seat on the JIVE tandem, this seat doesn't recline. It sits as a static semi-reclined position which is great for your toddler when they are awake and also for naps on the go. Hi Kate,

Thank you for your question about the JIVE². Redsbaby prams have been designed for urban use and provide great performance on all terrain i.e. going for walks over gravel, grass being out and about (sidewalks).

Our prams (METRO and JIVE) both come with four-wheel suspension, which is based on an internal spring system (within the front wheel housing and the rear wheel axle).

Other features of the wheels which provide the best performance includes:

*Front swivel wheel locks: stability on uneven terrain and long distances
*Four wheel suspension: easy push and a smoother ride
*Four wheel design: optimum weight distribution, providing more stability on curbs and uneven surfaces

Thank you for your question. We haven't designed a snack tray as yet but I will be sure to pass this onto our design team. We can suggest trying the universal snack trays available in baby stores - some are flexible and fit over the bumper for ease of use.

The JIVE is a great light weight pram which folds with the seat attached. When you have the seat attached the pram weighs approximately 11kgs. You can remove the seat for a more lightweight lift with the frame just 8.3kgs.

Hi Nita,

Thank you for your question. We have loads of happy families using the pram in tandem mode. The seat has a 17kg weight limit. You can fit a full sized nappy bag in front of the fold bar so you still have the beauty of a single-sized pram which can hold a second seat and still has room for nappy bag storage. Please check out the videos and photos on the website for reference. We also have demo days and encourage customers to bring their toddlers along if you would like to try them out in the toddler seats.

Hi Elizabeth, we don't manufacture our own travel bag just yet but we can recommend the Phil&Teds universal travel bag for use with the JIVE and METRO. They will fit with the pram frame and bassinet OR seat.
