Poor quality, even worse customer support
Purchased from Worldfitness March 2018. When I registered it with Reebok soon after I was told it came with a 2 year warranty.
After a few months it started to sound very tired, creaking and knocking despite fairly light use from someone 50kg below its max weight limit.
Last week part of the frame near to the foot plate cracked. Reebok support passed me on to a Tech based in Hong Kong who insists that the warranty period starts from the date of manufacture, not purchase! Apparently as this particular unit was manufactured Dec 16 the 2 year...
Read more warranty expired 6 months ago. According to Reeboks Australian agent 3/4 of my supposed 2 year warranty had expired before I even bought the thing. Warranty issues aside metal frames should not be cracking. Give this brand a swerve.Questions & Answers
