    Long time since we are with Reward Mobile, never had a problem with them, there customer service department has always been really good & professional. Highly recommended.

    Great coverage where ever I go. Better than Vodafone coverage. Great plans, so so cheap and bang for your buck$. Always friendly, helpful professional staff. Been with them for over 10 years..☺

    I've been with Reward mobile for at least 15 years and never had an issue. Always helpful and happy with queries for new SIM cards, plans etc. There phone deals could be a little better / flexible but their plans are one of the cheapest and have been for a long time.

    I also cant agree with negative reviews!.... I've been with Reward Mobile now for about 7 years
    never had a problem with them. In fact whenever I call them, I found there customer service more
    then impressive. Just recently I had to replace my Sim card for my new phone My new Sim card
    was in my mailbox within 48Hrs. I will be staying with Reward Mobile......

    We have been with Reward Mobile now for 15 years, never had a problem with them, though we don't use our phones a lot are plan is very reasonable, about $36.00 a month for two phones, there customer service department has always been really good, even suggesting a cheaper plan since we don't use our phones much, I suppose it's like anything, good for some people, not for others, I won't change, we are happy.

    I have been with Reward Mobile for 12 years!!! Always on the cheapest plan...$10 a month. Never had any problems with the phone; received statements regularly; got a new phone a couple of years ago when the original one died.
    Recently I ordered a Samsung Galaxy from them and during the setting up I had to ring the company 3 times...I'm not tech savvy!!...and they couldn't have been more helpful.
    Maybe it's the luck of the draw!!!

    Slow Service, Customer Service phone dosn't answer, then when it does only with annoucements ..dead space...lost of dead space then announcements. Customer service ..what is that don't give a toss.. run by kiddies..got some scared little wierd guys who said matey..yeah matey) its not my issue we have no one here to activate SIM's in sydney...rofl your kidding right a mobile service with a key service that has no one to activate it..must be shoe string run operation.
    also I'm a customer don't call me matey!
    At least the sims arrived in the mail after 3 days....
    Slow, poor customer service ..staff that really can't be bothered

    BE WARNED: If you use the Vodafone service call connection (123) you will be charged twice for the call. Vodafone charge you for the duration of the call and RewardMobile also charge you for the duration of the call.

    When I changed plans recently, my phone service started disconnecting without warning. When I called their call centre, I would get a promise to "rectify the issue" and for it to fail again in a couple of hours. I have spent more money calling them and waiting on the line then the $20 credit they are supposedly providing(how $20 is suppose to mean anything on a cap plan and how I am suppose to use it without an actual phone service is completely beyond me). Please avoid!
    Vodafone network, my contract was resold to this company so I had no choice
    Complete incompentence. My phone service has been disconnected 3 days in a row.

    I would not bother with them, there are many more efficient and value for money mobile phone companies out there. They are not a nice company to deal with, their call centre staff have no customer service training whatsoever.
    Not a lot, the only advantage is that is is linked up with Vodafone so the roaming covers many countries
    Their inefficiency, their extremely rude staff when trying to sort out one of their many stuff ups and no apologies

    Would not suggest this company to anyone - stear completely clear - will be changing my phones to Vodafone - only with this company as I was forced to come to them as they took over AAPT's standalone mobile customers.

    Limited hours of customer service
    Continual promises to call back to sort out issues - never do
    Put a bar on my phone (incoming and outgoing) for a $43 overdue bill

    I'm reasonably happy to be through with them, after having been on their inflexible plans for over 20 years. The worst aspect was being told, each time your previously selected plan expired, that it was no longer available, but they now had a better one (which inevitably wasn't!) for which to sign you up.
    I have to agree with rspiteri; their Vodafone affiliation made overseas roaming relatively painless (compared to Telstra), but not much else was that great.
    I didn't find the customer service people particularly rude - just remarkably incompetent/unempowered to solve any technical problems, and commercially totally inflexible when confronted with a blatant offer to match a competitor's much better phone (and plan) contract.
