    Unsatisfactory

I had the unit installed 8 months ago. Thought it would be great not runing out of hot water when family are home visiting.
To begin with, I use 3 litres of water to get the water to the warm stage in the kitchen. I have to boil my jug to wash my dishes as the hot water system barely reaches 40 degrees. The plumber said the strainer in my tap must have gunk in it so I replaced it. Still not hot. Then he said my 18mth old tap was the problem. Replaced that still no hot water. The pressure is so low you need the hot water tap on full to get the WARM water to flow. My husband has also insulated the pipes
Biggest disappointment and waste of money ever. Would talk anybody out of buying one

We recently had installed a Rheen Metro Max 26 to our ensuite. The reason for was to be able save on water as our main storage hot water service is at the other end of the house and took too long for the hot water to get through the pipes but we it seems that it taking just as long for the Metro Max to heat up to be useable. Is there an ajustment to heat quicker?

Unfortunately I can't answer this question as I am still having the same problem after having the service checked out by a plumber. He told me it was the 'nature of the beast'.
Good luck in finding a resolution.
