Roborock S7+ with Dock

I am very impressed so far, the app enables me to focus on cleaning just one room or setting up a specific zone. I have tiles and rugs so it's great that I can tell the robot to just mop the tiles and ignore rugs if it's just mopping I need or do a thorough mop and vac. I can set a zone for just the kitchen at night after dinner clean up so my floors are clean and tidy in the morning. I am free to be doing other jobs whilst the floors get sorted by the Robot. I still use my Dyson and Karcher but only every couple of weeks now as I'm pretty happy with the cleaning job this machine does. I also really love the docking system as it's very hands free. I am very happy with my little helper robot "Robbie"

literally a gamechanger. it just transforms your life and keeps house immaculate at the same time. don't know why we didn't get years ago. mops our hard floor beautifully and vacumns unreal. The mapping of the house etc is second to none

Our flooring is vinyl planks, tiles and carpet.

It preforms amazing! Sometimes on carpet it won’t get all the cat fur, but if you run it on turbo it seems to do the job!

I have a floor mixed of laminate and carpet. Also, I have two cats. I love the job of S7+ and its auto-cleaning dock works perfectly!

This is our second Roborock vacuum having recently retired our old S5 to upstairs. The new model with dock does a terrific job of rug detection and the mopping function makes a real difference to the appearance of our floors with 2 cats, one labrador and a toddler. Not a cheap purchase but we have not regretted our purchase for a moment. Only critique is 2 weeks delivery time but this is Australia post not Roborock who dispatched within 24 hours of order.

Works fantastically on all surfaces.
It is hands down my best investment, house has never looked cleaner. especially fantastic for under beds and lounges, getting into previously dusty corners and just always keeping the floor spotless.
The multilevel map feature is brilliant.
Only issue was the little side brush got stuck in the shaggy rug and the tassels of some small rugs causing some damage. So beware not to use on tassels. Customer service was helpful.

I purchased the Roborock S7 about 6 months ago and then added the dock when it came out in November 2021! The S7 has replaced my vacuuming almost entirely. With three cats regular vacuuming is a must. My son who loves outsourcing to technology bought one for his apartment. Because of COVID lockdown he wasn’t able to move into his apartment and stayed at my place for a few months. This is when I was introduced to Herby his S7 model. I ordered the s7+ bundle with auto empty dock at launch (23rd Nov 2021). Sales (via chat) was very courteous to deal with while placing the order. After waiting 2 weeks for the product to arrive (thanks to auspost!), I was super excited when my s7+ arrived on 8th Dec 2021. First impressions were great, the s7 mapped my whole house, cleaned and mopped and emptied itself in between charges. I bought the S7 a couple of months ago now and have had the dock for a couple of weeks. I use it for my entire house which includes hard floor, carpet and rugs. I am so impressed at the quality of clean for both the vacuuming and mopping functions. Getting itself stuck is rare and it warns you if it does. It has really changed my life as now I no longer have to do daily vacuuming (owning dogs it was a must before), incredibly happy!
