Awesome clothes!
Ever since I found this site I was a little skeptical about their clothes, fit wise. Any ways, the first time I ordered from them I just got a tank top and a pair of leggings and they fit! So, I decided to get some more a few weeks later, for me and my daughter. They fit too! One thing to remember is to check the sizing chart for each item as they are not in US sizes.Not all items in the same order are shipped out at the same time, and I am still waiting on 2 items in this order to be shipped out.

Made my 4 orders online and overall found that it is hit and miss with their products. Sizing is all over the place and varies from one item to the next.
quality tends to be good with most products and customer service is very good got many refunds due to wrong sizing and got to keep item .., will give to charity.
Postage also varied but mostly took 10-15 days.

Do Not Order From This Company
I made on line order for three matching Christmas dresses in early November for my two sisters and myself to wear at Christmas. Two arrived in timely fashion, the other one didn’t. I contacted them multiple times and was referred to a website that was written in Chinese! Not very useful to me as I cannot speak or read Chinese. Luckily I have a friend who can and she contacted them several times without any luck.

I made a huge online order and money (over AU$230) was taken out of my account immediatley. A few days later I received a request to send images of my credit card and I.D. to "verify account". I refused to do this and cancelled my order. What a mess!!
Purchased online. Never ever again. This company is completely unprofessional. I have been lied to, deceived, ripped off and humiliated.
I have done all but beg them for my item of clothing.
I purchased a shirt for my Son 10 days before Christmas 2017. It has now been 5 weeks of waiting, 5 weeks of emails back and forth promising me I shall have product soon.
I'm taking this to Department of Fair Trading now.
Do not under any circumstance buy anything from these cheats! These robbers! These unprofessional bunch of time wasters.. I am truly devastated!

5 items ordered, only 4 received, 3 in wrong sizes, When I checked the site, the sizes I ordered are out of stock. So somebody has changed my order after I completed it and sent me the next size down, instead of letting me know the stock had sold out. Thank goodness I used Paypal and they take complaints onboard, so have proceeded with that.

No Christmas dress for Christmas. Thanks Rosewholesale
Rosewholesale were advertising a lot on facebook their Christmas dresses. So I decided that would be something different for Christmas Day. I ordered my dress 6 weeks before Christmas, so had plenty of time for it to arrive by their dates for the time to allow for delivery. Because the dress was so cheap I included insurance and tracking.

Very poor customer service
Ordered a Christmas dress on November 7. Emailed the company about delivery several times. They referred me to a tracking site in Chinese! Today is December 23, still no dress which will be useless to me after Christmas. To order something 6 weeks in advance and still not receive it in time for Christmas is a disgrace. I ordered a dress on 17 Mayember and got an email to say had been dispatched with tracking number - tracking details are in Chinese so cant read. No response to emails or online messages. Email from them day estimated delivery date is 17 January 2 months after ordering and saying 3-5 days delivery. The tracking number is invalid

Shipping is a disgrace
I made the purchase online the purchasing process went through quickly ofcoutse but then they tell you the shipping estimates time is between 15-35 days.

Terrible service
Ordered a couple of items as a Christmas present, paid for priority shipping which is 7-12 days. Emailed asking where my shipping number is, and they said I'd paid for flat rate shipping (which doesnt include tracking number and takes up to 25 days). After arguing that, they are now saying they couldn't post it priority so changed the shipping to flat rate. There was absolutely no correspondence from them regarding changing the shipping prior to doing so, if they had i would have requested a refund.

Purchased about 10 pieces online. Got coupons for extra discounts which was nice. Checkout process glitches a little around stock numbers I found. A little frustrating but nothing major.
Items took about a week and a half to arrive.
Clothes were better than expected, not designer quality but still nice, a little thin (which I wanted) and fairly on point with the pictures.
Sizing is pretty good, only two of the tops didn't fit over my chest.
All in all will be purchasing from them again.

I was sceptical about the accuracy of sizing and quality of materials considering the prices I paid. Pleasantly surprised that all clothing was a good fit and quality was better than expected.

Purchased online...not just me but unknowing to us all 3 of us ordered Christmas themed dresses, looked great and excited to wear them to our corporate Christmas party...seriously the most disgusting receipt of goods compared to pictures that any of us have ever received...we are dressing in them as bad taste for our last day of work...for your own sake if. My wig is not the colour I bought - they refuse to get back to me
I made my purchase awhile ago online with my card. However I got back to Rosewholesale straight away. Actually 3 emails, they just ignored me. It was a human hair wig, that was right but the wig was an orange colour, not what I ordered. SKU NO. 17623306 What I got was an orange colour. I can't go on stage with this colour.

Over the moon with my purchases.
Wasn't sure about spending too much money with a company I'd never bought from so I only bought 5 tops. I was surprised to receive my tops in such a small space of time, I therefore went straight back online and purchases more items, I again received goods in less than a week. I can't speak highly enough of the service I've received and I'm about to go back to their store to purchase more items.

Would buy again
I bought three Halloween dresses and a top the top came but looks different from the picture a little but nice anyway and one of the dresses arrived totally different colour than shown in picture still waiting on other 2 dresses the size was good and as described so i would buy again.
