Brilliant
Have been extremely happy with the dryer. We are a family of five so there is a lot of washing, can easily place 10 bath towels in and in an hour and half they will be fully dry. We dry almost all types of fabrics. During summer there are times when the towels are a little stiff we put them in for 30 minutes to soften them.

Bad product and even worse service
Have had a lot of issues with this dryer. Started out just turning off after half an hour of use. We have had days when we need to put it on for the 2hr cycle 3 times as the dryer isnt heating up and then randomly turning off. We contact Samsung and they sent out a technician, worked for a few days and then were experiencing the same issue again when it turns off after only 15 - 20 mins use. topped heating up and therefore we are back to doing a cycle 3 times again. clearly something is wrong with the unit as it is not heating correctly. they again send the same tech who takes away the unit. have been advised that it could be more then a week until we have it back. we are still in warranty have asked for a replacement since the second time the tech was sent, not only are we wasting time and money by having to have the dryer on for 2hr cycles 3 times but now they wont replace after a 3rd call out and are giving us a lengthy time frame to have this resolved. Fantastic service provided to young families that rely on the dryer through winter . DO NOT RECOMMEND SAMSUNG for the service or products - very poor service from them1 comment

Not really happy with the dryer!
We bought Samsung 8.5kg/6kg Front Load Washer & Dryer Combo with product code WD85K6410OW last May 11 this year. We chose to buy it since it's already a combo, a dryer and a washer. But, we're not happy with the dryer since there were times we've try drying clothes for 3 hrs, and still its wet. It's kinda hard especially during winter season.
Purchased in May 2021 for A$1,148.00.

what a melon
purchased end of 2017- used for 1 winter, august 2018 started having problems, technican came out in September 2018------- NOW 2022 problem still not resolved doesn't condense water, takes up to 2 hrs to dry anything, even 2 sets of school uniforms, water pools on floor at front of dryer, condenser is full of mud, contacted Samsung who have been of no assistance..... JUST another Samsung melon

Lemon Product
Clothes dryer never worked properly from the start. Doesnt condense/collect water and takes hours and hours to run and then the clothes come out wet still! Samsung customer service is slow and the whole process took 4 months from bringing home a lemon product To receiving a refund.
Purchased in December 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$1,245.00.

Product broke down within 2 weeks
We bought this expensive product to save time on drying clothes and save energy. Being a samsung heat pump dryer, we expected high quality and smooth operation. We were very happy when we started using it but to our disappointment it stopped working after almost 2 weeks. Had to follow up with samsung so many times and the good guys as we bought from them and finally after so many calls and e-mails, samsung sent their technician for repair. ally agreed to replace it which we are still waiting on. Our experience was terrible and we end up wasting so much time. Won't recommend this product.
